First, this isn't really a sit-and-order restaurant. It's a buffet, pure and simple. And for $25 per person, you can do a whole lot better in Atlanta. A WHOLE lot better...

First, the menu that's online is obsolete. There were *maybe* half a dozen offerings on the menu, but the server wasn't interested in discussing them. She simply said, "You want the buffet." A statement, not a question. So we went with that.

And while the food was okay, there was nothing special about it. Nothing that warranted $25 per person for breakfast--scrambled eggs, a waffle station, fresh fruit, yogurt, bacon, sausage, cereal. I've had the same, and the same quality, at Comfort Suites...and it was complimentary.

I was so frustrated to have taken an important business guest to the restaurant--had even told her that there were red velvet waffles advertised--only to find out I'd have been better off at Denny's. Or even Waffle House. Definitely a mistake I'll never make again.

Forewarned is forearmed, so count this as your forewarning. I'd definitely steer toward something like La Petit Marche or even Landmark Diner. Avoid this place if you have any other option.

While at the Atlanta Gift Market we were tired and hungry. We were so pleased with the Italian buffet they had. Excellent food and service. Perfect!

The drinks were very tasty and you will received the Southern Hospitality you expect in the South. I loved the fried chicken, very juicy and well seasoned and the drinks were divine. But the waffle wasn't very warm and a bit too chewy for my liking. Our server, Dai'Ja, was phenomenal and made it a very pleasant dining experience.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant . Upon arrival the restaurant was mostly empty but I was told they did not have my reservation. When I showed the hostess my open table confirmation for a table for 8, she said they did not use open table any longer. When we were finally seated the waited would disppear after every interaction for over 30 minutes. It took an hour to get our drinks and two hours to get our meal. To top it off, when asked if there was a problem in the kitchen, the waitress said no and that she felt she had provided good service. Fortunately, the manager comped our meal but I still wouldn't go back.

We had a combination of several appetizers and were very good. The service was not very good although the lady that waited on us was nice- she was the only one covering the restaurant and continued to forget our order - we had to ask for something at least 3 times. She seemed to be overwhelmed. It may be because it was in the hotel and they were not expecting the number of guests that they had at the same time. I think the food was good and if you are staying in the hotel and don't want to go out it is a good place to go.

Some of the best fried chicken to date. Happen to be at the hotel and didn't want to go anywhere out. Luckily they provided and not disappointed.

Great service --- pulled pork potato skins are amazing.

The food was very good, the service was slow and we sat for 15 minutes before I had to ask someone to come see us. Even for a busy nigh the place had plenty of room and wasn't crowded.

The food here could be average if served at the right temperature. (The fried chicken was over done while the mashed potatoes were room temperature. After sending the potatoes back we received more that were exactly the same...not even warm let alone hot.) Adding to the experience was slow service. It took 2.5 hours for two courses.

To be fair, we were in the Hilton on a very busy Atlanta weekend. This is a hotel lobby restaurant also serving as the main bar. We arrived at 9:15pm early for a 9:30 reservation and the place was packed with travelers and there was a 15-20 minute waiting list for a table. A stroke of luck found us a bar table that opened up and we took the opportunity to eat there rather than wait for our table. The waitress couldn't have been nicer, although very busy. Between us we had the sewed ahi appetizer, fried green tomato appetizer, caprese salad and black bean burger. All but the burger were ok, the burger was burnt but was remade quickly and well and the waitress handled the situation with charm. There was also a big buffet dinner available.

What a disaster at Southern Elements. We had an 8:30 Monday evening reservation and all we wanted was quiet, low keyed meal, and a glass of wine to relax. We were warmly greated by staff, the restaurant only had 5 or 6 tables with guests......perfect. It went down hill from here. We waited 23 minutes until one of us stood up to look for staff. No One! We grabbed our coats and started walking out and then we were acknowleged. This hotel needs to get their restaurants in order as we also had very poor service at Nikoli's Roof. We can be very tolerant of a poor meal as it happens every now and then. Poor Service? They need us for business more than we need them.
