Celebrated my sister's birthday with a late Sunday brunch. As always, food was delicious and our server, Jay, was outstanding and very attentive. A little long between brunch cocktails and ordering but it was late during the brunch schedule. Overall excellent and we will back for brunch!

A group of my family went to South City Kitchen Vinings for brunch for my daughter's birthday. The food and service were excellent. It's definitely one of our favorite places to eat in Atlanta.

As always, SCK does a fantastic job at making great food, atmosphere and service - the 3 essential qualities of a superb restaurant. They accommodated me with a special date request and my date loved it! Excellent job, guys!

I was there late (8:00) so the service was a little negligent and others kept doing the work. My waiter was pleasant enough but probably ready to go home. Always good food!!

Great service with excellent food suggestions. Food was delicious and my business associate indicated it was better than his last visit. It may have been the blue cheese olives in his dirty martinis. Thank you!!!

We had friends in town and wanted to find a nice restaurant that was casual and not too fancy. South City Kitchen was excellent. The appetizers, food and wine were worth the drive over to Vinings. We definitely would recommend South City and will go there again. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy.

Brought my mother-in-law here who was in town visiting for the holidays. She's a vegan, so she was very happy that there were some vegan options. The service and food were great, as usual.

Had a 10 am reservation on Sunday for brunch. Second one in the door. Had to wait for staff to finish socializing with and serving customers that arrived after us to get service. Had to flag down staff to get service. No less than three members of staff socialized with guests 2 tables way while we waited for service. Manager spills coffee on the table. When we waved manager down to ask for a refill, she then gives us a dirty look when we ask for more cream. Was 10 seconds away from walking out. Won’t be back!

Always a good meal when dining at South City Kitchen in Vinings. The only negative was we were unable to use our Double Up voucher for $30. Mgr. said it was out of date and would use for $15.00 which we paid. We are regular customers and would have expected her to do something in our favor which she didn't. Our waitress Linda - always does a good job. Wish you offered a larger craft beer selection.

Excellent food and service for party of 7. The restaurant was also good with working through changes in our reservation due to additional guests being added and the full party arriving a little later due to adding additional guest.

Truly awesome. I was very impressed with the quality of food, the prompt and courteous service and the ambiance. We went in, we're promptly seated and ordered a great meal which included the fried green tomatoes. Wow. This alone is worth it, but we ordered more and were pleasantly surprised that it was all very delicious

only issue was with the valet service in a downpour; instead of having valet parking at a distance they hoard all the parking in front of the entrance so if you have a special needs issue you are obligated to park at a distance and this is very inconsiderate when you are "shooed" away from open parking spaces just a few feet from the entrance in a very rainy day and have to go a relative long distance and walk back to the entrance in the rain making me nearly abandon the thought of dining; on a nice day..... a non issue but is was not a nice day; inside though it was a lovely experience delightful service and food and perhaps the valet experience was made worse because once we overcame that hurdle the rest was perfect!

My husband and I have visited South City Kitchen a few times, but this time was the best. Upon arrival, we were discussing the reservation with the hostess. (I couldn't remember if it was in my maiden name or not) My husband made a funny comment, in which I informed the hostess and I think maybe the manager that we just got married two months ago and the transition into my new last name is not as easy as expected. To make a long story short, the recommended meal and cocktail were AHH-mazing! The steak was cooked to perfection and not many restaurants serve Brussel Sprouts, so winner! But to top it all off Sarah (perceived manager) stopped by with an AHH-mazing dessert to congratulate us on our recent nuptials. She was so kind and sincere, the dessert was really good; devils food cake, angel cake, mousse and other delicious things stacked on top of one another.

We truly enjoyed our experience and always enjoy the staff, the ambiance and the delectable gouda fritters (our main attraction) as well as the complimentary southern cornbread and biscuits! We will definitely be back soon.
