Went for a Kodie Shane Concert. It was very nice and intimate. The staff was nice and the drinks were strong.

Place looks old
Barroom old but clean
Food average, nothing special
Place only had around 20 customers around 10pm. Fell empty not vibrant
2 girls dancing Samba did a good job and music was good. Performance lasted 25 mn
DJ was horrible
1 singer don't even think she can sing
Left after eating, not planning to ever go back
If they don't change anything this place will close soon
Price is expensive for the quality

Enjoyed my return, to SOBs! The food was tasty, the company pleasant, the entertainment atmosphere exciting and the waitress service wonderful!

We call for a reservation they ask us to pay $15 at the door for the show when I made the reservation I ask if there is a show yes they said there is a show on Friday night when we got there there was no show I ask if they have a firsj in the menu they say yes when we got there it was no fish very disappointed I been there five times this time it was very disappointing I would not recommend this place anymore we had a special birthday party I was embarrassed

I attended with a friend for a show and everything was perfect. Staff was easily accessible and prompt with food and drink orders.

Your facility was extremely hot when crowded and one of your bartenders was very obnoxious.

Came here to see Teedra Moses perform. She was awesome!! We didn't eat, so I can't rate the food. Drink were good, but pricey. Then again, what ISN'T pricey in NYC?! This is a great place for live music!! Underground and the best of the best perform here, so you cant go wrong.

It was a fun time with friends. Great live music and fabulous DJ.

The band came on 41 minutes late. Really!

SOB'S has been an institution forever. But now they are taking money without putting anything back in. Tired, smells like cleanser on top of beer,wine, etc. I might go back, but only for the music, as the food missed, drinks missed and nice guy waiter was involved in some out door security activities, rather than attendant to us (overcooked steaks might have been resolved, if anyone had come to ask, "how is everything..."

I had a very good time. The atmosphere, music, food, staff, and people were all great. It was a bit pricey. But overall, I enjoyed myself.

It was my first time at the venue for a concert and I completely enjoyed myself and the experience. The staff was attentive and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about their drink offerings and pairings.

We had a great time. It was the wife's birthday. We don t usually go out on Friday nights, but this time decided to make a go at it. Glad we did. SOB s is great. Our waiter was attentive, he got extra tips. The food was tasty. The sangria was smooth. All around great time.

We had a great time! Since our arrival, the hosts were most gracious and friendly. Even the person who called me to confirm my reservation, was most professional. We loved the ambiance, the food and the show. The servers were outstanding. An overall 10+! We had a superb evening.

I had a great experience here before as I see 20+ concerts a year, this was my first time eating the food, one word terrible. The calamari was extremely greasy and distorted as if they where chopped up, wings were rubbery as if they sat under a heat lamp for hours...In addition I asked for buffalo and get BBQ, I tried giving it another shot as my wife was hungry and tried the empanadas which didn't get any better as they where cold and doughy. I've been to similar clubs like BB KINGS which food is superior, I will eat prior if I ever decide to go back

The seating is the only problem. I went to see an artist perform and was blocked pretty much the entire show because of all the people stranding in front of the stage.

Not impressed with the food selection because we had a living social voucher therefore the menu choices were slim. We returned our appetizers and entrees for corrections however our waiter was very informative, attentive and accommodating...The live band playing that night was mediocre (not our style) but we will give them a try again one day.

I had reservations for 7:30 however the restaurant did not open until 8:15pm. Thank God it wasn't cold outside. They need to be more organized.

Winter Jazz Fest seats are limited so glad I made reservations it was my birthday weekend frigid temperatures in New York along with the snow storm we arrived 20 minutes early and the bouncer at the door made us wait outside in the cold I told him it was my birthday he said we had to wait I also reserved a table wanted it to be right he could have made it a little better we were frozen mean while there was a couple who got to stand inside just because they were the photographers WOW!! Other than that it was a great night

Food was frozen deep-fried, mixed drinks were very weak. But stage had good music and a dance floor! Would go back just for dancing and shows, but would eat first and have a few cocktails.

Had a great night saw Eric Roberson the show was great the atmosphere was excellent and the food and drinks were good

Went to SOB's with my wife to check out Fela Anikalapo's youngest son, Seun Kuti. The show was great and Seun had energy and swag reminiscent of his father. The food was good but the portions were European in size (small). My side ordered vegetables could have been warmer and I would select different drinks next time. I hadn't been to SOB's in some time, but will make it my business to get back for a great show soon.

I live in NJ so SOBs was very easy to get to from the Holland tunnel. Once we got inside it was on and popping. It was our first time there so we didn't know what to expect but it was really nice. Our table was waiting and so was our favorite DJs. The food ended up being great we all ordered something different and tasted each others. So we will be back on the 29th!

its no wonder SOB's has been a thriving place since 1982!!! Just so much fun...great energy...amazing food...live music is just awesome!! great staff....nothing wrong about this place except you will leave exhausted from the fun and dancing

Over all good, To get a table, we were told to be there at 7pm, we were running late and called ahead and gave an eta of 7:15 and the accommodated us and made it in time for the show. The wife's steak was a little under cooked but she faired ok. Enjoyable time with Dinner and Salsa. I would go again.

I loved my experience. The waiters were very attentive. Very neat and a romantic setting. Drinks and food were awesome.
