To be a great Italian restaurant the bread must be better than what is currently served.
My dish was risotto with lobster! The lobster was raw and risotto inedible. $42 entree, and they only credited me $20
I was not happy about the upcharge they wanted to change from reguler sauce to Bolognese Sauce of $9 & the meatballs were on the hard side. I come there often & was very disappointed
Disappointed from the last time we came. Waiter inattentive. No water at the table. Food was not good for prices being charged. Smoke smell was unbearable from the casino.
We wanted a pizza with one ingredient left off and the chef did that for us. The pizza was very very tasty. The server was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our food and will go back to dine again
I would have given higher ratings with the exception of the cigarette smoke that lingered in from the casino. If they can get rid of the smoke , then 5⭐️⭐️🍷🍷⭐️.
We have eaten here practically every month since the restaurant opened. The pasta bolognese they served was really poorly cooked and had to be replaced. This is not normal and consider this a red herring since all our previous reviews have been very positive.
Food was tasty and attractively plated, service was excellent, the table bread with complimentary spreads was nice but it wasn't crunchy enough to dip in the delicious sauces, the baked clams could have been a little bigger but delicious. The cassava cake everyone loved. We all enjoyed our dining experience. Will definitely be going back.
I am a picky person when it comes down to fine dining. We had to cancel our initial reservation from Valentine Day to February 15th. I had filet mignon with giant shrimp along with mash potatoes along with two of my sons. My wife and a friend had succulent lobster tails with all of its sauces and garlic sauteed spinach. My 90 year old day enjoyed a bone in veal chop parmesan. This food was at the top of the list for both taste and presentation. We are going back tonight for a redo which is something I've never done. It was just that good!!! Be sure to ask for Nancy (super star waiter). MAMMA MIA!!!!!!
Valentine’s Day. Had to wait 25 minutes for our table but it was a holiday. Waitress Maria was excellent as well as the food.
Best Valentine's dinner in many many years. Made the reservation on open table, they called to confirm a couple days before. Arrived 20 minutes early and was seated immediately. Food was excellent and service was exceptional.
The food was VERY good it could have been hotter. It was served warm, but the favor was good.
Always excellent, never disappoints. Chicken parm my favorite and their meat sauce is wonderful on the side pasta. Service is attentive, not overbearing. Highly recommend. Pricey, but worth it.
Odd that a restaurant inside a Casino was this good!
The food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers and entrees were excellent. The prices were also very reasonable and the ambiance was nice. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for a superb meal.
Food was not as good as usual.
Same items we have previously enjoyed were not as good
I have been to Sorrisi’s numerous times and for the most part, have enjoyed it. This particular visit was superb! Jose was exceptional and my steak was outrageously delicious! Thanks for a great evening!
The sea bass was excellent, tasty and perfectly cooked.
Sandy has served us a few times, she is friendly with and fun
Sorrisi has everything. A vibrant menu filled with classic Italian entrees and with delicious and inventive fare. Everything is fresh and made to order. Chef Stephen Collins has a real imaginative flair a passion for food and every plate coming out of that kitchen shows it. Decor is very nice. The restaurant is good for large parties but still intimate enough for a romantic date. Cocktails are even original here. The bar is not to be missed. I love the Italian sangria, myself. So if Italian home cooking with a delightful twist is what you are looking for, give sorrisi a try.
Excellent food and a very nice place to celebrate a special occasion. Our birthday person got a nice dessert with a candle . Food was tasty , service was excellent. Only down side is that I thought our first course of salads and cheese and meat tray could have been a bit larger. The chocolate mousse is to die for, yummmmmy. I look forward to returning soon.
As usual. Great place to go
Food was amazing , I would recommend to friends and family. My only issue is it's a little loud when seated by live music
Excellent as always
Food was tasty but not hot enough. Appetizers were not even warm.
Server was friendly.
Well prepared meal in a very nice environment.
The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't any better than other restaurants at half the price.
From greeting to end, total lack of service. You would have to go to McDonald's or Popeye's ti find staff more disinterested in serving the customer.
Worst casino restaurant service ever.
Food was really good. Loved my arugula and prosciutto pizza. My husband also loved his spaghetti with meatballs.
We've been here a few times and we love it! Only negative... food is not hot. I saw someone else said the same thing. You'd think they would be more observant, but I guess not. The pasta was cold on all our dinners. Price was great ; service excellent! I'll go back !
Always Good to excellent. Ordered lasagna for the first time. Good, but not great. Wife ordered salmon topped with shrimp
That was outstanding. Sorissi never disappoints. Recommend this restaurant.
Nice service and waiter was very attentive , good for people watching and the moscato was great.
Overall experience was terrible. The waiter was inattentive and slow. Forgot a meal completely and didn't even seem to care. We will not be returning.
My husband and I shared the linguine and clam sauce and it was great!! The flavor was out of this world.
Eh. Our food came out warm, at best. And when we told them, they reheated it in the oven. But it became dry and more well done.
We wanted to watch the fireworks on July 3 at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, so we decided to have dinner at Sorrisi, as the menu looked good. It appeared that they were understaffed and we waited 15-20 minutes before our server arrived. It was obvious she was handling too many tables, and there didn't appear to be a great deal of support help for her. Once the food was ordered, it came relatively quickly. The food was a mix of good and fair: the mussels appeared overcooked, as they were small and shriveled, charcuterie board kale was very plain and bland, as was the carpaccio. The lamb chops were very nice, meaty and well seasoned.
Staff was very nice. Food is good but nothing special. Smoke free but smoke from casino tends to invade. If you are already at the casino then this is a good spot to eat. Not sure I would make a special trip to eat here though.
Nancy, our server is always excellent. Friendly and professional.
Food very good and pretty much always consistent. Will accommodate whatever you want.
The food is always excellent and the staff is very friendly and attentive!
