The food and wine were fantastic. The live music was really fun and the performer was extremely talented. The service was very slow and the waiter was not very attentive.
Sorrento's Ristorante is consistently one of the best restaurants in the Chelan area. Every meal we have eaten there has been delicious. Our go to place when out of town friends come to visit!
The service was outstanding!
We really enjoyed the food.
The noise level in the restaurant with the live music was a bit much at times, but the piano artist was exceptional.
My wife & I were seated in the back (near the kitchen & bar) of the room next to a table of 16 people with a screaming toddler. Way too much noise (even without the screaming toddler)! We ordered a bottle of wine & had about 2 sips before the waitress was back to take our order for food. Our salads arrived about 90 seconds later, & the food was there before we had finished the salad. We set the salads to the side, & they were quickly taken away, even though we were going to finish them along with our meal. We felt like we were being rushed because it was so crowded. Also, we were supposed to get a 2016 vintage, but we were brought a 2017 vintage wine. My wife & I just wanted to have a nice romantic dinner... it was anything but! We corked the remainder of the wine, paid the bill, & left.
Excellent food and environment, live music was excellent and added to the ambiance. Highly recommend!
We went there for Sunday Brunch and felt that it was a great value. Service, food and view are great. Will be coming back for brunch for sure.
Beautiful music by Brittany Jean.
This was a wonderful and romantic restaurant. The food was delicious and the wine was excellent. Service was also great!
Enjoy this family friendly brunch in a beautiful atmosphere
Venue is gorgeous, wine needs improvement and food is over priced. Calamari was good but pricey and the spaghetti and meatballs had a great sauce but the meatballs were rubbery. Our wedge salads were average; I would have liked more than 2 grape tomatoes. The best thing about our meal was the warm baguette and we requested butter as the dipping oil was more of a heavy balsamic dressing that was strong with mustard.
Great place for any occasion! My favorite place to eat in Chelan!! The food is excellent and the wait staff is wonderful! Thank you for such a great dining experience!!
Our favorite restaurant. Food and service consistently great. Highly recommend this restaurant.
You can’t go wrong with any dish here, but the Lamb Shank is awesome! Beet salad and wedge salad are a must. This place does great work. A true date night relaxing atmosphere especially in winter.
Excellent food and service as usual. Had a very nice 9th anniversary dinner!
Generally a wonderful location and restaurant. Wife’s main course was good, but mine was not desirable (eggplant parmigiana - the eggplant had hardly been cooked). Should have sent it back...if it happens again, I will.
One server for whole place, waited 15 minutes just to get wine. Food was served luke warm and service was poor.
Our favorite spot to go when we are in Chelan. We were sad to hear that David was no longer there.
Birthday dinner was very nice.
Awesome Crab Benedict on their brunch menu! First time we have eaten there, it is now going to be our go to restaurant in Chelan. After brunch, had a very informative wine tasting experience at Tsillan Cellars, which is the attached winery. The owner/winemaker, Bob Jankelson, spent a considerable amount of time with us, telling us the history of the vineyards and the winery, as well as sharing his knowledge on the various wines we were tasting. One of the best wine tasting experiences we have ever had.
Our appetizer of scallops and my husband's steak were excellent. However, my pesto prawn linguine was not good. I have ordered this at Sorrentos several times. This time, the pasta was swimming in oil and the dish had far too much garlic. I would not order this again.
Outstanding and imaginative food and flavors. Service outstanding as well. Always go here when in Chelan.
This was the best restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was wonderful, the food was amazing.
Beautiful location, but the food could be improved. The beet salad had minuscule amounts of beet and the eggplant Parmesan was the worst that I have ever had. There were two very thin pieces eggplant heavily breaded to about 1/2" thick and then over cooked. The pastas were bland also. The chicken Marsala had onions which wasn't listed on the menu.
The tomato soup was excellent!
This place was great. I took my girlfriend there for her birthday dinner and wine tasting the next day. The food was great and service was fast. Reasonably priced and presentation was nice. The view was spectacular. They even gave her a complimentary desert for her birthday. Can’t wait to go again!
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Sorrento's and loved every minute of the experience. We splurged for the occasion and would recommend others to do the same.
I've eaten here before. Truly a highlight of a trip to Lake Chelan! Although evening is great with the view of the lights of the area (it's set on a side hill) earlier evening into night is best as the view is great and fun to see it in day light as well as night. As for the food? I went with the prix fix meal with additional apertivo scallops. Wonderful!!! Jamie the new manager is very nice and wanting to take an already very good restaurant and make it even better.
It was very good
Only complaint is it was so hot and stuffy inside the Resturant
All 6 in our party loved the food, wine and ambiance! The Chicken Marsala and Seafood Cannelloni were yummy! Our favorite place to eat when we are in Chelan
The service staff was excellent. Main dishes as well. However the Caesar salads were lacking of sufficient dressing and the lettuce was old and wilted. We were also surprised that a dog was allowed into the restaurant that was clearly not a service animal. The dog was allowed to sit on a chair by its owner. Although it was behaved, there poses a health risk.
With some reservations...a recommendation is possible. I ordered a prime ny steak which was very good, the potatos, vegertables ordinary. My wife ordered the canolloni (sp) which had little seafood and the pasta was tough. It was a very busy place, our meal without appetizers took 45 minutes from order to delivery. We bough a bottle of wine from the tasting room as we weren't able to be seated until our open table time. Our table was nearest the entrance to the room, view preference on reservation ignored. Nice location out of Chelan. Not a destination restaurant but good for small groups.
I've always looked forward to our 2-3 times a year that we went to Sorrentos to celebrate a special occasion. Mostly I looked forward to the tender mouth watering steak. Tonight was so disappointing! The steak was dry and over done to the point of tasteless. And we paid $45 for this plate that was also accompanied with small potatoes that were shrivelled up to the point that they should have been thrown away. When I mentioned the poor quality of the steak to the waitress, she didn't even react with an apology, etc. I feel very bad that something that I had always looked forward to has been taken away. Because there is no way I'll ever go back and spend another $200 on meal that was such a lost.
we had reservations and was seated on time. We came from a wine tasting in the same area and weren’t charged a cork fee which was nice. Good menu, I’d say enough variety for most people.
Said delivered with cold plates (big plus). Didn’t get apps can’t say about them. Main coarse fast, hot and exactly as stated in menu. All in all a decent restaurant with great ambiance and service. On a note: No hard liquor, odd but I guess it is wine country. Just thought it should be mentioned.
Good food, nice ambiance as we had a table in front of the fire place. Amber was our server and she was excellent.knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions.
The good - prime filet and cod were both excellent. Setting, fireplace, views and wine were all lovely.
Not so good - the accompaniments- potatoes, veggies etc were cold on both our plates. One party brought a large dog into the crowded restaurant and barked and whined all evening at a very loud level. Server forgot to put in our desert order, after half hour he realized his mistake and brought it with a free espresso.
All in all - good, but not great. Expect a bit better service at this price level.
Excellent staff, wine and delicious food with appropriate portions! Would most definitely go back and recommend to others!
Really good food. No kidding. Great location.
The view was great. (We had a table reserved with a view of the lake) we were also asked if we wanted to be by the fireplace. It was perfect.
Our hostess and our waitress were amazing. Very welcoming and kind with wonderful service all around from the options of seating with the view to food recommendations and wine pairings. Very pleased.
The food was delicious. Soup wasn't hot enough for our liking however the flavor was great.
Our main entrees were delicious. And delicious doesn't do it justice. One of the best meals we have personally ever had. Well worth every penny for the entire experience.
The food was excellent! The entire staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Looking forward to returning and exploring a few other items on the menu.
Gorgeous location, ultra friendly staff. Great wines, all the food I've had there is wonderful. The spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti with meatballs, clams, were all really good. I also was married at Tsillan Cellars and the buffet Sorrento's puts together is amazing!
Service was a little slow. At first we thought we were in no mans land. My wife needed more water but no one came by for a long while. The food and wine were excellent as was the setting.
