Had to make reservations through Open Table but only spots left were at 3:30 weekend after Valentines Day). I expected the restaurant must be busy given the lack of availability. We live an hour away and made the drive because we had heard many great things about the restaurant. We arrived to find only one other couple there and staff seemed thrown off that we were even there. We then found out we would only be able to order off the lunch menu and not the dinner menu. Although our food was good, it was disappointing to not get the dinners we had been so looking forward to. Our sever had to be reminded by other staff to return to our table at one point, where she seemed to have disappeared. With no others in the restaurant at that time, it didn’t feel like she should be too busy to give basic service. It would have been helpful to have known when trying to reserve a table that only the lunch menu would be available. It also would have been nice to have better service and not be forgotten. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

We are regulars now with the move to Worcester! The food, service and ambiance are great and look forward to the outdoor seating over the summer or hopefully a warm spring.

We have long valued the Sonoma Restaurant experience on special occasions. This was our first visit to their new location in the Beechwood Inn. It fully lived up to the high expectations we had formed based upon our experiences at their former Princeton location.

The menu is mediocre. Not very creative; almost old fashioned. Lots of seafood. It took a while to get our food. Most of our food was prepared nicely, but my husband's steak had to be returned twice because first it was overcooked, then it was under cooked. My swordfish was fresh, portion and flavors were good. The waiter forgot our side dish of Brussels sprouts, and after we asked about them he brought them after a while. They were under cooked for my liking. The desserts were uninspiring. It was very nice of them to comp the entire meal. Sonoma has a nice location and very good reputation. I hope they can make some improvements and live up to their name.

First time visiting Sonoma at its new location. Restaurant is beautiful with its fabulous
ceiling. Food was excellent; we had the duck breast cooked medium rare and the veal shop cooked medium. All was done perfectly and the food was delicious.

The dinner was a combo of b'day and anniversary. I had the sirloin Cajun rubbed med rare and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken, also excellent. It was our 3rd visit since the move and we were not disappointed again. Will definitely return in the near future.
