The place is SO dark that you had to light a flashlight to see the high prices & read the menu. They don't serve our favorite dessert anymore (Sonoma Flambe') which is a shame.
Service was great.
Food was decent. Service was really slow. Between the appetizer course and the main course, the main course took another 30 mins before it was served.
First time back in several months. Things are greatly improving. Chef is hard at work improving menu options. Manager is doing a great job. Was great seeing Hu, server. Had a fun evening celebrating my son getting a job.
Service was excellent. Food and ambiance were very good. Had daily special which was halibut - I recommend blackened, very tasty.

The salad was mediocre and the baked potato was way overdone. The waiter up sold the steak which ended up being way too much for me. Overall, it was just ok. I’ve been there before and had a much better experience than this time. Nothing special and not worth the money.
Always a good time. Employees treat you like VIPS. Food is wonderful, as is the wine selection, and ambiance. You can't go wrong dining here, and it's reasonable.

Been meaning to try Sonoma Cellar for awhile. It was a cozy place with good food. Loved that it was not so noisy we could not hold a conversation. It was an a la carte place -you pay for everything that comes on your plate so we only ordered entrees. Good selection of bread. The meal portions were good. Steak and lobster was great. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Coffee served in a press was excellent. Service was attentive -the waiter had an odd sense of humour. No substitutions allowed -my partner hates broccoli so she passed it my way and ordered another. This will be our new special occasion place. White linen tablecloths and jazz sung in the background. Nice.
The service was very good. Attentive server. The food was tasty and prepared well. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great steaks as you expect from a steakhouse. The sides are exceptional. The roasted corn, creamed spinach and the au gratin cauliflower are a cut above. Good bread service too. Our waiter was attentive but not annoying. Great dinner before the movie.

She knows and explains the menu very well.
She also has a good knowledge of wines in terms of quality and she knows how to listen to the customer so that she can give suggestions about what wine may be the best according to our taste.
She is warm and respectful of the customers. She helps but keep her distance.

We have gone here for several years to celebrate our Anniversary. We live out of town but have great memories here. Jason is one of the most outstanding servers we have ever had. His recommendations have been outstanding. The chopped salad and the steaks and twice baked potatoes were delicious. We were blessed with a dessert for the restaurant and that was the icing on the cake.
Have eaten there a few times for special occasions, always very satisfied with the food and service. I kind of expected a complimentary desert as this was a significant anniversary dinner. Although that didn't happen, it would not keep me from returning.
Service and manager were excellent it side were lacking asparagus was not cool and mash potatoes were cold but they had a small duo playing really nice
Our server was Poom and she did a great job. It was so nice seeing the restaurant busy again. They brought back the steak and lobster which is my all time favorite especially with garlic cilantro sauce. The weekend singer was an extra bonus. Great job to all.

We made the reservation for 815 Saturday. We arrived at 750 and asked to be sat early. We were told by the hostess that the kitchen was backed up and we would have to come back at our scheduled reservation time. We came back at 815 and were told again to wait because the kitchen was backed up. We sat and waited until 830 before we were sat. It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We had movie tickets and were cutting it very close. Our meal and our server were incredible. This was our first visit. We live in Henderson and there are many other steak houses to choose from. I rarely complain, but when I make a reservation, I expect to be sat at that time. The kitchen being backed up isn't my concern. Especially at a high end establishment.

It's delicious, just a shame that the smoke from the casino makes its ways into the restaurant in a way that you miss the most important senses to savor the senses, ruins it. However, Ththe e service was superb.
The house specialty ribeye steak was tough and grisally
I have to say, we were very disappointed. Stations touts the Sonoma Cellar as fine dining, but that was far from fine dining. The service was fine. The food was horrible. We ordered the 20 oz rib eye steak and about half of the steak was either fat or grizzle. Overall, it was a horrible cut of meat and for the price ($48.00 a la carte), it was a great disappointment. The Caesar salad consisted of mostly iceberg lettuce with no other ingredients other than the lettuce. For $11.00, one would expect at least a few tomatoes, cucumber and a few other offerings. The sauted spinach was a bit too salty.
Aged New York steak was delicious. Brian is the best waiter ever! He recommended a great wine for our dinner. Witty and funny, he made our dining experience wonderful.
Our waiter Hue and the food were both excellent. The party at the next table was noisy and the configuration of an arched ceiling above their table seemed to make it louder. I know that the restaurant really can’t do anything about that so it won’t preclude me from going back.
It was a slow start. The wedge was very small. The French Onion Soup came out just barely warm, had to send back to get reheated, but the rest of the meal was delicious. Would give it another try.

Our server Poom, has been our server for the last 4 years on Valentine's Day. She is always very professional and knowledgeable. The food was excellent. This year they had live entertainment, that was very enjoyable.

Gorgeous remodel. The place is brighter and more modern, but hasn't lost its ambiance or service. The menu has had some updates with some new additions. I come from MD, home of the crab cake, but I was served one the best crab cakes I've ever eaten with the most delicious sauce! Not one piece of cartilage in it which has literally never happened to me. Steak was cooked perfectly. The new desserts are worth taking a look at. That donut was amazing!!

Our server was Poom. As always she did a great job. Our family got to meet Doug the stand in manager. It was nice to have a manager that listened and took notes of our concerns. We love this restaurant but the last manager destroyed the menu. We will definitely start going more often if the chefs can start making their own specials again and if we can get a milk free dessert on the menu. Thank you Doug for taking the time to listen to us!
Nice setting, quiet for being in a casino, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly but the food, while good, was not up to tbe standards of our last trip 2 years ago. Many special items are no longer on the menu and what was there was average. Large portions though. Wasn't special. May try it one more time on our next trip because we really like the location and staff.
Sonoma has been our favorite dining location for many years. They recently remodeled/updated the restaurant, which is beautiful, and they still have the same great food quality. We treated our friends to dinner this last time since they helped us out taking care of our animals when we were away over the holidays. You cannot go wrong if you decide to try this out. Most meals are reasonably priced.
