The holiday meal was disappointing. Turkey was undercooked and chewy, received one tablespoon of stuffing and that was hard and over cooked, the green beans were quite undercooked. The mashed potatoes and gravy were outstanding.

Our experience at the Sonoma Cellar was VERY DISAPPOINTING! We had secured reservations weeks ago, so that we could have Thanksgiving dinner at a quality restaurant. The service and ambiance was good. The food was bad! We both selected the Thanksgiving Day turkey dinner special expecting a quality meal. We were very wrong. The small slices of turkey were tough to eat. The mashed potatoes were so runny that you could not eat them with a fork. There was very little gravy placed on them. Very poor! The stuffing that was served was in the shape of tater tots. They tasted like frozen food. Extremely bad!!! Even the special Thanksgiving dessert was a disaster! This experience was so BAD that we will not dine at the Sonoma Cellar in the near future. Sunset Station should be embarrassed for allowing such poor quality food and preparation in their premium dining restaurant !! Go someplace else!

All was good until our Thanksgiving dinner was served. 3 thin slices of turkey, 2 tablespoons of stuffing, 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, 10 slices of green beans, a tablespoon of cranberry sauce, and 2 thin slices of yams. All for a whopping $41.00 bucks. It’s was tasty then again that’s all it was a taste. My entire family left hungry and very disappointed. I did attempt to speak to the manager Edward about the issue and he responded with the cook’s measure each dish and walked away without even trying to make it right. Very poor management/ manager. The only good thing about the experience was our server Huey he did a wonderful job. My family and I have had a holiday dinner here for the past 3 years and unfortunately the quality has declined each year, so that’s it for us going there again.

This is a nice place, but way overpriced. I got the petite filet mignon and I will say the steak was delicious. About $45 though for a small piece. The mashed potatoes were creamy and watered down, and the French onion soup I received was not hot when I received it. It’s a nice place though, quiet atmosphere and dim lighting.

This is our Go To place for steak and seafood in Henderson. We abandon restaurants after an unexpected downturn in product or service, and I think we're 5-0 at The Cellar. Poom, the mysterious "H", and the rest of the team provided superb, knowledgeable, and professional service throughout our dinner experience. Poom took our drink orders, mine included specific instructions for a muddled Old Fashioned, and it was delightful. The Margarita was tasty as well. The bread basket has sour dough, which nobody tried, pretzel rolls, but long and thinner, delish, popovers that rock and a tasty raisin bread too 3 perfect filets...a cold seafood platter...only the lobster was a little chewy...but all in all very good. We had the charred corn and Mac and cheese for sides. No room for dessert but we had homemade carrot cake and 2 bottles of Port to choose from at home. My wife and I will celebrate 46yrs married, 48 together since high-school, in Dec. Our granddaughter just moved back to Henderson, we helped her move while here on vaca, now she and her mother live within walking distance. We could hardly be any more blessed and we went to the Cellar to reconnect and celebrate. Your staff treats my family like it's your family. The prime strip steak never disappoints here. It has that true prime texture, and it's very well trimmed. For side dishes the mushrooms and the grilled peppers were excellent.

Dined at Somona Cellar on November 5th. I normally get the "Seafood Jackpot." I received two orders for my dinner. I have ordered the "Seafood Jackpot" monthly for the past 6 months. This latest time, the lobster tail was tiny and the oysters and crab leg were also quite small! For $97 I expected more and have always received more the past. I complained to 3 people (Waiter, host and water attendant.) No accommodations were made to relieve my disappointment. For that reason, I am saddened and disappointed.

Our server, Juan, was great. The ambience was very romantic. We really wanted to make this our place, but the food was just okay. My husband had the filet mignon and I had the lamb. We agreed both dishes were just ok. Our dessert was the bread pudding and it was dry. So the search continues for our forever place.

Average steak. Felt like I could cook a better steak at home. Fried chicken tasted like old oil and lacked seasoning. It needed to be drowned in their gravy. Good thing we asked for more since they were pretty stingy when they served the chicken. Dessert and sides were delicious. It seemed like they didn’t have enough staff for the flood of people that came for a concert. Staff seemed stretched thin, but set expectations of service. Only mention it since I felt bad for our waiter and the other staff

I felt like the sides were a bit petite but the entrees were amazing. 2 filets and a lobster tail cooked to perfection, and the server made every effort to accommodate our toddler who tagged along. Will return.
