   We had en excellent meal on the patio last night. It was a beautiful evening to dine outdoors. The shrimp appetizer was really tasty, the chicken pasta was wonderful and the chocolate cake was amazing.

   Sole never misses. The food is beautifully prepared with fresh, vibrant flavours, and the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed—perfect for a lunch with good friends or night out or a special celebration. Service is top-notch without being overbearing. A true gem in Waterloo—always a pleasure to return.

   We had a fantastic experience. We sat on the patio and even though it was overcast and raining we sat next to the heater and were really cozy throughout the whole dinner. Our server Maria was very attentive and personable and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

   Enjoyed an absolutely wonderful evening for our 30th anniversary. The staff did a fantastic job of making our visit special. The food was - as always - stellar.

   Incredible food and exceptional service! Today was our family's first visit as we celebrated Mother's Day, and it was a wonderful experience. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all rated 10/10. The service was outstanding as well.

   Had a fantastic Mother's Day brunch on the patio. The food and special Mother's day cocktail were very good. The service was excellent. We were given blankets in case we were chilly on the patio. Our waitress, Courtney was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

   Sole was missing several finishing touches that would make it a great place to dine. It did not meet expectations of being a charcoal group restaurant. For example we waited with empty drinks for 20 min and eventually had to flag down our waitress to order. The bathroom garbage was overflowing with paper towel on the floor and the twine used on additional toilet paper rolls were also scattered about on the floor throughout the bathroom. The food was okay. When choosing to dine in the future I would pick Charcoal or Wildcraft and would not return to sole.
