Solé Restaurant and Wine Bar is situated in a 150 year old Seagram’s building, minutes west of the Waterloo Uptown Core. The interior soars two stories high to a timber frame ceiling, exposed brick and generous wood finishes, set the tone for an elegant yet casual experience.

The menu will transport your palate to a bistro somewhere in Europe. Items ranging from fresh-baked pizzas, pastas, vegetarian entrées, steaks, and seafood will satisfy any appetite. An extensive award winning wine list, great selection of Scotch, local and imported beers on tap complement the experience. Service is professional yet friendly.     We invited friends to join us for lunch at Sole. We've been many times, but this was their first time, and loved it. The patio is amazing, the food was delicious and the service was great.

    Have been taking my nieces on an annual basis since they attended Laurier. They graduated several years ago. Its their favorite Waterloo restaurant. Its a nice tradition that we will continue.

    Our first visit, we generally go to their other restaurants - Bauer and Wildcraft, but this one has a great vibe, nice for a date. Bit on the lounder side when full, but will visit again surely!
