The food and service were excellent, that said they need umbrellas as many outdoor tables have zero shade. Also, for an upscale restaurant, they need to better to accommodate those with seafood allergies - example -the fries cooked in the same oil as seafood. Great place, just some minor tweaks to earn a fifth star from me.
I am staying at the hotel and had 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts here so far and thoroughly enjoyed them. Dinner here is more of Michelin affair. I never had Black Cod perfectly to my liking such as here. Lobster omelets are delights in the morning, Ricotta pancakes,, as well. Service is very personable, too. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

First time going to this restaurant was a fantastic experience. Service was welcoming right from the start. Service was very friendly and down to Earth. Food was perfectly cooked. Environment was very peaceful and relaxing. A great way to get away from the daily routine. Highly recommend and will be going there again.

We stayed at Solage for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The food, service and ambiance was perfection. We are so happy we decided to spend this special occasion at the resort and enjoy everything it has to offer. The crab carbonara was exceptional. Wish we ordered two dishes.
Great 21 Birthday celebration. We had a crab pasta and steaks..... everything was delicious and the outdoor dining was very comfortable:)

Always good - great cocktails, great view, and great food. Wish they would hurry and finish the construction which has been dragging on forever but it didn't ruin a lovely lunch. Recommend the fish taco's of course, and the shrimp lettuce wrap was tasty. Nice little touches with the home-made sauces, and the servers are very friendly and helpful. Would go back (have been back!)
Solbar is our favorite restaurant in the area. We’ve been going for years and love it. Everything is always top notch!
The only thing that could make it better is if they would bring back the chicken paillard salad!!!
We came during Covid so seating was outdoors. It was a cold night and we thought to cancel but there was a $45/pp fee. So we arrived only to learn that our table had no heater. No heater, at night in February with 2 little kids. They then explained there were none available while half of the dining area with heaters was unseated. It remained unseated our entire meal- it wasn’t just being reserved for other reservations.
It was a solid 10 minutes before we got waters and a visit from a waiter.
The food was delicious!
They should be very clear about the lack of heaters during Covid or drop the cancel fee if diners aren’t comfortable eating outside unheated.
We’re frequent guests to other Auberge resorts so this was a disappointing experience.

Fabulous food - truly special and definitely a memorable meal. We chose to sit outside, despite their offering indoor seating, because we did not feel comfortable indoors. The staff could not have been more gracious about making us comfortable and when other diners followed suit, they were spaced very far away. Went back for lunch the next day and that was wonderful too. Not an inexpensive meal but really great for a special dinner.
Great setting, food and service! A great place for couples!
The food was unusual and great. It was cold inside. The door was open and we were in the breeze. Not great for such a renowned restaurant. I expected a top notch staff and was disappointed with the jeans being worn and the slowness of attention. All in all, it was not what I expected for the high marks this restaurant gets in the media and the prices you pay.
Enjoyed the evening. Liked the selection of wines and explanation.

Dinner was divine. Atmosphere was elegant, sophisticate set with modern vibes. Group of four and we all ordered different plates and drinks and shared with nothing left on the table at the end of the night. Drinks & food will have me coming back for more! They also had a pop-up Smores station running in courtyard. Sure a cute idea and so nostalgic getting to make a smore at the end of the evening over and open fire. My 6 year old self was beyond excited to enjoy this as an adult.
Beautiful outdoor setting with appropriately distanced tables, attentive service (except my cocktail was served after the main courses were served).
