What type of restaurant does not accept cash! Absolutely pathetic. Food was just ok
At best a Holiday Inn free breakfast buffet.
Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. Very understaffed and quality and taste of food was beyond poor.
We went for the Easter brunch, and it was mediocre at best. The price was simply ridiculous. An astronomical $45 for adults. For that kind of price you’d expect shrimp, crab claws, smoked salmon, an omelette station, etc there was none of that. It was nothing more than a standard hotel Sunday brunch with eggs, waffles, (no pancakes) bacon, sausage, etc. carved ham and prime rib were decent. Salad bar was minimal. This should have been a $19.95 buffet. Food tasted fine, but again, the $45 price tag influenced the experience completely. One positive: Bloody Mary was $7 and you could do unlimited for $15. But of course, that now put our mail at an insane $60 per adult. I expect high prices at hotel resorts. But I definitely left here feeling robbed.
Service was excellent. Made reservations for brunch. Limited menu due to COVID. No made to order omelette station. Food items were individually packaged.
Our waitress was phenomenal and set us up for an amazing day to remember forever.
The food was wonderful and there was a great selection of items. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness and accommodations due to COVID were very much appreciated.
New Year’s Eve
There for Xmas buffet., which was handled in a very safe way. Choices were excellent. Mains were Prime Rib ,Ham & Snapper, all being delicious. Soup and salads were amazing. The desserts were a bit underwhelming with the Creme Brule being finished before we could partake of it. All in all, fantastic Xmas meal. Not bad for $40 per.
Christmas dinner buffet.
Offerings thoughtful and imaginative, but food was cold and mostly tasteless.
Table service was excellent, but buffet service lacking.
Glad they were open on Christmas Day, but meal was a disappointment and we shall not return.
The best Thanksgiving dinner and the staff was top notch! A special and memorable experience. Thank you Marriott team!
Service took a long time to even get our drinks (water and a glass of wine). I ordered The Filet Medium well and it was Link in the middle but very dry. The weren’t very many people in the restaurant but service still seemed like it took forever. Definitely not worth the price.
Nice bar provided a casual feel prior to dinner. The food was delicious from the starter of artichoke spinach dip to the grouper and skirt steak and you can't go wrong with a side of garlic marscapone mashed potatoes.
Food was tasty and creative. Waiter was attention. Very good meal!
Way overpriced for what you get. Food was good quality.
Limited menu, ok for hotel bar. Service was quite good
Was not impressed with my turkey reuben. Found it to be very lacking in meat. I did really enjoy the onion soup. Our server did a great job.
Good place for quick lunch with very good food and service
I would recommended but in this case there aren't many other options in the hotel.
Great food & service!
We came as a group of 8 that included kids from 6-15. The service was impeccable. Treated like it was date night! The food was great with something for everyone. Solid choice for a great meal after a long day at Disney.
Simply outstanding Christmas meal. A bit pricey for large families on vacation, but well worth it with an assortment of all types of food and desserts!
We had the breakfast buffet which was far and above one of the best I've had in the USA. Huge variety including fresh to order eggs Benedict, pancakes & french toast. They had corn beef hash, flank steak that was tender and delicious, cheesy hash browns, fancy donuts.....much more than a regular breakfast buffet anywhere else and all of it was fresh and delicious. The service was very warm and friendly, wish I could remember the gentlemen's name that took care of us. He was over the top. Highly recommended worth the price. Come hungry!!
My husband’s steak was not cooked like he asked and the waiter didn’t offer to have it re-cooked properly and did not offer to discount it. We eat medium steaks and this one was rare because it was thick. It could have been very good but it was not. He ate maybe 4 of the 14oz $50 steak! Everyone around us had mounds of fries and I barely had any. Still not sure why so we ordered a side since my husband didn’t have a steak. Nice, we didn’t have to pay for the $7 fries but we paid $50 for an uneaten steak. We will never go back to this restaurant.
Overall good experience - ordered appetizer with bottle of wine and it came 2 seconds before entree - didnt have enough time to enjoy first course with wine so a little delay between courses would have been better
Very good 5 hour onion soup, beer bacon Mac n cheese, grouper (grits did need some “oomph”) and very good service!
Terry provided outstanding service and hospitality
Nice hotel, great view, fast food preparation, excellent & friendly staff, even those who were not waiting on us.
Good food , but expensive.
We tried all but the Italian place at this report and I found this to be the best. Food was good, service was excellent and value was great.
Excellent sevice, outstanding menu, cocktail, wine and beer list. A little pricey but well worth it.
Limited menu and service was not the greatest. Should have bigger options.
Very few ppl at 530. The food was good, kids menu worked out nicely.
Had a lunch over a business meeting here. Good, light food, not loud, was a good spot to meet up.
For a resort restaurant, Latitude and Longitude was pretty good. Pricey, but the food was delicious, and the portions were appropriate. As there was a conference going on, the service was a little slow, and it was a bit noisy, but they kept up relatively well. There was an issue with the lights flickering on and off for about 10 minutes during the middle of our meal, that was terribly unpleasant, but nobody seemed to know why it was happening. I had the grouper which was done well, although one side was a little over cooked; my coworker had the burger, and raved about how delicious it was. Overall, not a bad choice.
Food, cleanliness and service was great. They were very attentive.
A typical hotel dining room lacking atmosphere. We really wish they would bring back the Hawk's Nest Steak House!
Very expensive for the amount of food you get. Waited for 30 minutes even with a reservation. Would not recommend
Breakfast took 45 minutes to arrive. Mediocre food.
We have gone to the New Years buffet two years in a row. This year was not as good as last year. There wasn’t as much selection, desserts were 95% quarter sized “tarts” (so mostly a crunchy outer shell with a minute amount of “something inside” - It just wasn’t as good, but, our server (Larry) was very nice and in general we just enjoyed the evening because we were staying at the hotel and it was a nice place to eat. We will probably go back next year :) even though it’s a little pricey at $60 per person! OW!
