Muy concurrido y ruidoso, aparte de eso muy bueno
Horrible service!!!! We came with 15 people and waited 15 minutes to get tapwater !!!!! My kid was severely dehydrated from the beach. We ask for water maybe 10 times. It got to a point that I got into a fight with the manager. He “runs” to the kitchen and disappears for 10 minutes. Then I went to the kitchen to get water my self. Horrible service don’t even bother going there on busy nights
Amazing food, but since service is included, waiters don't care at all about their customers, and we have to chase them when needed something.
Delicious food and great service . Will definitely return for another great meal
Our Chinese food was good but the steak was bland as was the rice and mashed potatoes. Server just dropped the steak knife on the table and left it spinning around on its handle. 60 minutes was on the big screen and they were showing dead children in Syria, not exactly what you want to eat dinner to and there were a lot of kids in the restaurant. Sushi was very good though. Needless to say we will not be going back.
Completely baffled booking taken but restaurant closed. Either your site is mid informed or the restaurant is not a ntetedted in customer
A huge portion of the menu was not available because the woks weren’t working! This happened the last time we were here! Gratuity of 20% is included so the service was awful. We waited over an hour for mediocre burgers. Our parties meals were not served at the same time. Shame on us for repeating this punishment.
The service was terrible I had an 815 reservation and they didn’t even try to see me until nine and at that point someone else came he used my name and took my reservation they did try to see me for another 25 minutes later
We made a reservation online. When we arrived it was extremely noisy and packed. No place to even stand and wait for the hostess to seat us. We barley saw the hostess she was walking all over the place to who knows where. After 20 minutes she asked the crowd who has a reservation, then without confirming in the computer, writes it down on a sticky note and disappears for another 20 minutes. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. Very bad service. I will not be going there ever again.
Soho is one of our places in miami. They have a very elaborate menu, the people are friendly and helpful and the food is exceptional. Easy parking is also a big plus. It is easy to get to from the beach and provides good value.
Food was delicious and service was great!! They could have more round tables to accommodate larger parties. That’s about it
Despite our asking for little sauce on the chicken dinner, it came with quite a bit. Food plentiful, but not to our liking. Food was well priced and acceptable.
The food is good; unfortunately, to get to it, you have to get past the horrible management system at the front door. When we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation time, there were twenty other people who had been waiting more than 45 minutes!
This was the second time we experienced this unpleasantness at Soho. So we were determined to stick it out. We finally sat for our meal 35 min past our reservation. Everyone waiting to eat was stressed, annoyed and angry. This is not the way to start a night out.
Once we sat, we had great, friendly and quick service (from our waiter, Max).
The management must figure out how to handle dinnertime reservations during their busy season!
We made a reservation for 8:00 for a table of 6 and arrived about 5 minutes later. The place was a pandemonium. Took a good 5 minutes just to get the hostess to acknowledge us and then wrote our name in a piece of paper. I told her we had a reservation and she simply pointed to the list she was writing. Anyone requesting a table was being added to the list, reservation or not. She was ignoring the reservations in her computer. She quoted the wait to a minimum of half an hour. The place was packed, tables one on top of the other. One wonders when was the last time the fire marshall check the maximum occupancy. We left without eating.
Food was delicious but they took a little while to come over to take our order. People where friendly & food was good.
Yes the restaurant has the usual restrictions imposed by kashrut but the food is wonderful The Szechuan crisp beef is sensational. Alan is an exceptional waiter
Was a great expirince amazing amazing food. Music was a little annoying
Great bar & sushi staff!!! You were completely packed and we decided to wIt at bar until our table was ready. Liked sitting there so much we opted to stay there even after a table became available. Staff at bar were so nice and friendly!
Always enjoy our meal at Soho. Good food and good service. Servers want to accommodate as much as possible and succeed even with a party of ten picky diners.
We had 8pm reservations. And we arrived at 7:55 and was told there was an hour wait. So we went to the lovely kosher dairy place right across from Soho
Very busy restaurant with staff that goes out of their way to get it right.
Two eggrolls for $14. Completely out of line!!!!!!
The food was delicious. Unfortunately the kitchen couldn't keep up with the demand so we waited awhile.
My wife and I showed up at the front door of the restaurant as they opened for the evening without a reservation. The manager agreed to seat us and we feel very lucky to have had the chance to eat here. Our server answered our questions patiently- it was Christmas Eve and we knew we were very lucky to have the opportunity to eat here this night. The food was great , portions large enough to share - our game plan for the future. We’re glad we each ordered entree’s we had the opportunity to try more foods.
Great place I go here a lot, I get the Chinese salad! It’s great, staff is awesome! I recommend this place for every occasion!
When we were seated the waitress who was excellent told us that the only food items available were sushi and wok dishes. No grill no salad etc
The sushi arrived hot. Obviously they hadjust cooked the rice
I feel we should have been told there would be a limited menu when we ade the reservation. They aldo could have phoned us if there was a last minute problem
When my friends and I were seated at SOHO, it took 5 minutes for them to get us water, even though we asked the waiter 3 times. The food came out quick, but was far from fresh. Most of what we ordered tasted as if it was from the freezer or store bought. They opened the door halfway through our meal, and it immediately smelled like cigarettes. We asked our waiter if they could close the door, but he did not. We then asked the manager/owner to close the door because of the strong smell. His response was that we were wrong and that it doesn’t smell like cigarettes. We ordered dessert and were very unhappy. The pavlova tasted store bought. The meringue was disgusting and not homemade. We also ordered the waffles, which were hard. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Overall enjoyable. The wings were a bit dry. Otherwise delicious.
The lettuce wraps were very good but messy. The crispy beef was excellent.
Enjoyed our meal a lot. The service was perfect. No one rushed us. Great for a family dinner too
As always, we love this place! Great food, service and value.
For kosher food, it’s good. There are plenty of choices on the menu. I seem to always order the Chinese food options.
Overbooked... our table was not ready when we came in at our time of reservation
Great food and amazing service.
A bit pricy but worth it
Worst restaurant experience ever. Put us outside with bugs in 100 degree weather. Took them 45 minutes before we even got water.
This place is a disgrace !!!!
Great food & service! Highly recommended!! I've been to SoHo many times over the last 5 years and they seem to amaze each time!
Amazing Chef and service
Was alright food, not the worst but definitely not the best. Not so clean either.
3 of went out for Father's Day dinner. SOHO was selected because of it's menu selections and it's location (travel distance from Hollywood). My son had a steak which he raved about. My friend had a burger which was satisfactory. I had the Szechuan beef which had great flavor but was over done. The waitress was pleasant but lacking in some regards. When she asked how our meals were and I told her, she should have offered to replace mine with another portion or a different item. Neither was done nor did a manager come over to offer anything (which she should have informed him immediately, in my opinion). With appetizers and mains, our bill was about $165 for 3 people, not cheap in my estimation. For this kind of pricing, I felt everything should have been 5 stars.
Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and experience. First we were put at a very small table even after having a reservation. But the manager came out and being a good businessman changed us to a larger table. The food was delicious and we enjoyed several different appetizers. Main courselarge portions and good. No room for dessert will have to try next time. We will be back!
