This was my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last. Arrived on time for a 6:45 reservation. Waited 45 minutes with my elderly grandmother and three children for our reso- as I watched them seat table after table before us. We were finally seated (after having to speak to the manager) and ordered food and drinks. The waitress was great and the food was very good. Assumed the start to the meal was an anomaly and we were all enjoying. Fast forward to dessert. We ordered a cake for my 5 year olds birthday. They appeared to be doing a really nice sparkler & song for the bdays and so we were excited to celebrate. 30 minutes later and we are still waiting for the dessert. By that point, the kids have had enough, the good mood has passed, and everyone is fed up waiting for dessert. The waitress was very nice- said the kitchen was just backed up, and that it wasn’t her fault. We understood, but at that point just wanted to leave. We asked for the bill and the waitress finally brought the cake- but missing was the sparkler, the birthday singing- extremely disappointing. Paid the bill, never got a copy. Asked for takeout containers, never even got a bag to put them in. Overall a very disappointing experience beginning to end. It’s clear this restaurant is very poorly run and we won’t be returning.

Soho is a lovely dinning spot in Aventura. Dinning inside or outdoors will not disappoint. Very varied menu to please all appetite’s. Best ever grilled rib eye steak or Chicken Pad Thai. Can’t forget the sushi menu. This is a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion

Was disappointed. Food was served too fast- we weren’t finished eating appetizers and the mains came and they wouldn’t hold them in the kitchen. Then at almost same time dessert was brought out - ridiculous We came on a recommendation but would not go back

Food took very long and once our order finally arrived it was wrong so we sent it back and it took way to long..we ended up getting it to go instead. We ate half our meal there and took the rest. Also 18% automatically added to our check for a party of 2 is not right when service wasnt up to par either

My experience from the very beginning was fascinating. The host by the name of Nina is the face of this restaurant, she welcome me professionally with a smile and made me fee welcome the moment we made eye contact and asked for my reservation time. The were super busy but my wait time was almost nothing she kept checking with me and remaining me that I was next, she sat me down and the server came right after took my order promptly, food was great and fantastic, price justify food and service. As I was leaving the host remember me by name and invite me to come back. Thank you Nina for welcoming me and my future wife promptly even that I was running late since my reservation was at 8:15pm.

Our server, Lynn, was the most accommodating and sweet servers I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Her goal to please us was fantastic. I would hope we have her again the next time we visit. The only thing I would mention is that it took us more than 45 minutes to get our dessert. I think you need more staff in that department.

About anything and everything went wrong at soho. They didn’t hold our reservation even though we showed up on time so we needed to wait 30 minutes. The drinks we ordered were from an amateur bartender who put no garnish and had little or too much alcohol. the food came cold and at different times so people had to wait awkwardly. We had to ask 2 waiters to just go get a knife. The server spilled the dessert on us and wasn’t going to take it off the bill unless we asked. Overall the service was horrible and the food was underwhelming.
