One of the best brunch party on a Sunday hands down !
Excellent view, excellent staff, excellent food. Will go back again.
Waited an hour with reservation.Too loud for dinner with the DJ. My salmon was over cooked. Great view
Everything was great, but for the price of the food it was not enough food. The food was great, I felt like the food was a tease. It looked like an appetizer. I had steak, shrimp scampi and fried plantains, very good, but not enough food for 39 dollars. I enjoyed myself, I was sill hungry when I left.
Went here years ago for my bffs bday. Had the time of our little lives. Fast forward took my sis here for her bday at its new location Uptown on the river. She loved it! Food was the best part. They already included a service charge 20% tip so that took care of that.
I loved it. I went for my birthday and I had the best time.
Food was amazing!!! Celebrated my husband birthday here. Great time and food was on point. Especially the sancocho!
It was over a 1 hour wait time for a table even with a reservation. Very unorganized. Food was ok. Music was great
I made a reservation for Sunday the 3rd at 230 over the phone, I even called the day of to confirm my reservation because at first it was one for 1:30 but the hostess expressed that time wasn't available. She the, offered me the 230 reservation which I accepted. When I get there, they didn't see the 230 reservation, only the 1:30 that I ALREADY cancelled, so that was pretty upsetting. I then, had to wait about half hour for my table to then be RUSHED out. I understand it's a busy party on Sundays, but I AM a paying customer, and we shouldn't be rushed while eating. The ambiance was nice and the music was good. The service felt extremely rushed.
If you want a beautiful place that you will feel rushed to eat from the minute you sit this is the one . Otherwise pretty place and good music though no lounge, service was ok since everything is tacked on the bill anyway what’s the point in trying to give great service . Kept having to take my plate back from server
I enjoyed my dining experience. The food was amazing from appetizers to the entree.
Great experience- celebrated my friends bday. Excellent food & dessert. Great atmosphere, definitely won’t be my last...
The view is outstanding and during the summer the outdoor seating is perfection! The food is delicious and the bar extensive. The service is where they really fall short. During the winter the window seat have the hot air blowing right into your face. It's hard to keep your eyes open. When we asked to move the waiter could not be more displeased with the request. We were surrounded by empty tables, so finding an alternative wasn't the issue. We made sure to finish our appetizers and waiting until all the dishes were cleared before asking and before the entrees arrived. Still he huffed and puffed and we just stayed. He didn't want to lift a finger to move us.
One of my favorite places! Food was excellent and Cesar was a great server!
It gets super loud that you can’t have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. Food was ok
AWESOME DINING EXPERIENCE. CANT WAIT TO AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
Had dinner here with 2 friends, who had never been here before. They truly loved everything including the ambiance, music, energy and food. They did however mention that it was a tad too loud for any conversation.
My partner's food was cold. He ordered the tres golpes. I had the Baby paella. It was really good. The service was good overall. The waiter was attentive but not overbearing. The ambience was excellent. It had a beautiful view of the Hudson.
The camarones al ajillo was really plain. It had no flavor what so ever.
My boyfriend and I drove in from Connecticut to have dinner here and my only negative remark is that we had to wait an hour past our reservation time to be seated. Besides that during our wait and entire dining experience we had an amazing time . All the staff members we encountered were happy and friendly . Our server recommended amazing drinks for us and the Dj played music that catered to everyone and the lighting made it really romantic . We will definitely be going back when the weather warms up !
Fabulous food and atmosphere. We can’t wait to return for summer brunch.
Was pleasant but the sushi was very bland and small. Rice with chicken was good and the popcorn shrimp was good! Empanadas were tasty. I loved the ambiance!
The portions were perfect. The atmosphere was unforgettable. The staff are professional and polite. Can't wait to go again.
Overall good experience
Great food! Simply put my son asked me if abuelo was in the kitchen!
Great Puerto Rican cuisine. Delicious meal and desserts. Homemade drinks are excellent. Beautiful dining area and great view of the GWB. A friend recommended this spot and Sofrito NYC lived up to the hype. Thank you for the Excellent service and food. I'm already planning my next visit.
Great service and food. The place is nice with music, we had a blast.
Loved the food, ambiance, view and music. Staff was friendly. Had a great time with friends.
The food tasted like regular Spanish food from a local spot, but the drinks and ambiance were great. I love how beautiful it is inside and out, spacious and on the water. I'll go back for a drinks and link.
My family and I have a great experience. The place was beautiful and the employees were very helpful, courtesy and professional. We made reservations for 10pm and wasn't seated until 10:30ish. We sat by the bar which was okay. Other than that, great place!
Horrible service. It took over 1 hour to be seated even though I had a reservation. Music was too loud but the venue and food are amazing!
Food was excellent. Oxtail especially. Felt a little rushed by waitress trying to turn table on Saturday night.
We were here to celebrate my birthday and another friends. the waiter took forever with our food then it was cold. I got a spoon of rice with a half of pork shoulder. It had not taste as if it was just boiled. 2nd table next to us said the same. Waiter rushed us out as another reservation was waiting. Wasn't even an hour and he rushed us to get our bday cakes with candles and told us to go sit at the bar as people were wating. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! We spend over $400 for our terrible food to be rushed out and told to go the bar like children! Waiter wouldn't even take our group picture and we gave him a great tip either way.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND TERRIBLE FOOD!!!
I enjoyed the ambiance of the place very much the food was also very good, however our waiter seemed to never be available, the food took very long to come out even though the place wasn’t very crowded and the music was uncomfortably loud, I saw other patrons complain about this before and I thought they were being picky but it is way too loud, I literally couldn’t hear the person sitting next to me and had to yell my order to the waiter.....I love the scene but can’t see myself going back until the summer when maybe I can sit outdoors
Amazing 😉 Had a blast at Sofrito. The view was great and the waitress was very friendly.
The restaurant week menu had great choices to choose from. Would definitely go back again.
The decor was beautiful. The food was amazing! And the ambiance was up to the roof. I really enjoyed it, and I will definitely go back.
I went to Sofrito for restaurant week. While the food was good, I don’t think it was worth the price. Great views of the west side and the GW bridge. The ambiance is beautiful for a date night. The valet guy dropped my keys in the rain and was kind of rude, but service inside was impeccable.
We went in January during Restaurant Week. It's a bit off the beaten path, but the food is worth the hike. Will definitely go back when it's warmer outside.
The food is delicious and servers are pleasant!
