The salad and entrees were delicious. The flatbread margarita pizza was fair. The dessert ( almond joy ...) was poor. The wait staff has a large learning curve ( management issue). The greeters at house front dressed in tacky beach gear and the clientele was not. They were sitting on their cell phones which in my humble opinion is a management problem. If employees have time to sit on phones, then either give them other work assignments or downsize. It's the front face of the restaurant and doesn't bode well. Sophia's is a good restaurant that can strive for even better.

Sofia’s never disappoints on quality of food. But I made a reservation for my 5 year wedding anniversary with my husband and we’re seated at a high top right next to the bar. Had a group of people that had bumped into our table several times and even spilled a drink on themselves without even turning around and apologizing. It just seems that everytime I make a reservation, I still end up waiting to be seated and the seating is less than ideal. Side note: I also specified it was for an anniversary and I guess it just wasn’t taken into any consideration.

We celebrated my mom's birthday last Sunday night and, as usual, Sophia did not disappoint!! We started with Caesar, Greek, and Burratta - all delicious- and then tried a variety of entrees. The pear and prosciutto ravioli was outstanding!! Definitely a favorite! The salmon was also delicious as was the tuna and the t-bone special. My mom and daughter enjoyed their filets, but both felt that there should have been some sort of sauce or au jus. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the blood orange martini. It was not like any I've ever had and we questioned whether or not it even was a blood orange martini (it was clear with a pink tint). It was all good in the end, though. The server took it back and brought me a beer! Can't wait to go back to Sophia's!

The meal was fantastic. We ate outside as the sun was setting. Needed a jacket. We had the seafood platter for 2. Multiple types of seafood in a tomato and saffron broth. It was a fantastic! Good wine and drink selection. The ambiance outside was nice. The flowers were gorgeous.

To make the reservation you need to give a credit card and are told that you have a limited time to eat. When you are there , there are very few tables filled; they shut off the fake fireplaces before you are finished; and start moving tables around for the next day. Not the type of dining experience you are expecting.

Sofia is always a pleasant dining experience. They have great cocktail and wine lists that pair up nicely with their Greek, Mediterranean menu. There are bountiful seafood dishes and always a great lamb option. The shank I had over risotto tonight was delicious. We had hummus, oysters, sausage and spanakopita on the table as apps, all amazing. Service was great. Vinny was personable and fun. I look forward to hitting this local spot throughout the summer.

Greeted, seated, and we did not wait to be seated. Our waiter, Vinnie, was absolutely fantastic. The food was wonderful and presented professionally. The owner (Sophia) stopped by to check on us and make sure all was well. Such a gracious hostess! Our deserts were award winning. We will be back!

The food was better than average. Of the 4 diners, 3 really liked their meal and 1 was just ok. Calamari was very good. Drinks are overpriced. Desserts were just ok and again overpriced. Bread basket cold and boring. The reason to go is the beautiful dining room and attentive service. For us it's not one of those "we have to come back here again" places. Our meal for 4 people was 2 apps, 2 drinks, 4 dinners, 2 desserts $255 not including tip.

Service/servers were fantastic! Food was awesome. The only problem was it was so loud in the dining area that talking amongst our table was nonexistent. This would affect a decision on returning. Some noise dealing panels are desperately needed!

First time- excellent service by David! Giant scallops with a fruit infused risotto was delicious! The charred octopus app was amazing and the honey fig gelato finished the evening off perfectly- other than the noise level being off the charts I still can't wait to go back!

Food and service excellent. Great view of the sunset from the front walkway. A bit noisy at the bar and it spilled over into the dining room. Slightly pricey, but no complaints on quality and service!

Visited on a Friday evening and we were seated at a table in the bar area. While it did provide a view of the sunset across the street - it was a very noisy area. Also our waiter was given our table, way far away from his other serving area so we experienced some significant delays in getting a second glass of wine, dessert, and our bill. Wasn't fair to him. He was pleasant, knowledgeable just given an un-workable amount of tables to manage ! Poor planning from the management team. Food was good. Drinks were good.

Great Greek food. Delicious mousaka; spanakopita was apparently fried: a little strange. The bar is a busy place where everyone knows each other. The waitress was extremely helpful and cheerful--I don't know how she does it!

The only problem we had was deciding what to order. They had our favorites (steak, salmon), but we were tempted by what we saw arriving at other tables. The crab cocktail was a good size and delicious. We went with our usual and they were cooked to perfection. The tartufalo (spelling) for dessert was excellent. Most definitely will be back!
