Leah was absolutely amazing. As a manager in a restaurant I could not of asked for a better server. She was extremely attentive and took care of us even after we checked out. Amazing experience and will be back for brunch again!
Love the oysters and 1/2 off wine Wednesdays! Always a pleasure to be at Jefferson’s table!
Great service! Jefferson is the best!
Our server was awesome!!! Thank you!! We will be back!
Overall, a great experience the food was great and the ambiance was just perfect I do recommend this restaurant for brunch
Great atmosphere, solid service , great food make it for a fun evening. Any occasion!
Made a reservation for outdoor seating for a special birthday which was specifically mentioned on the reservation and when we came in, right on time, they accidentally gave our table away. They told us to wait a few minutes while they set up a table us. After waiting for a little bit, we were told to follow to a table; inside. No forewarning or explanation. When the hostess brought us to the tablet and started to walk away, I asked about outside seating and she said no. I said that I had made the reservation for specifically outside and she said there was nothing available, said a quick sorry! and walked away.
We sat down, ordered some drinks and two appetizers; the hash browns and the pop tarts.
The pop tarts were really delicious and unique. The hash browns never made it to the table.
We ordered our entrees, and they were OK. I ordered $36 steak and egg plate that was good, but nothing to write home about, especially with that price.
Our server was great but the food or the attitude of the other workers were definitely not enough to bring us back again.
Outstanding place! Highly recommended.
Food was pretty, taste was okay.
The food was great but on the expensive side 👍
Will go back next time am in town
Food is great, especially for downtown Orlando. Service needs works, management really needs to audit & pay attention more to their servers. Went twice in one week over a NYE getaway & walked away both times raving about the food but very disappointed in the service.
We had reservations for 8:45pm. We waited 15 minutes to get seated meanwhile another couple that came in after us was seated first. We also requested a high top table and when I said that to the hostess with short dark hair she got an attitude. The gentleman at the front apologized and found us a table. Our waitress Jen was GREAT! Because of her service we will be back. The food was also great!
Very good food and it is always a little different. They change to the menu. Cocktails are always perfect and the whiskey menu is great. Will go back again..
We live this restaurant. Great food. Great wine. Great staff. Great specials. Great brunch. It’s amazing. They even have gen’s options.
Wow! We have been coming to this local, neighborhood-based restaurant since it opened 6 years. Creative cuisine and great staff. Chef Craig is awesome. For a special Christmas surprise, a tasting menu: unique deviled eggs, blue cheese wedge salad, ham and cheese toasted ravioli (created that night for us), steak with brussels sprouts and hash, ending with their signature "pop tart" dessert with homemade ice cream. We have never had a bad meal here and can't wait to return every time we visit the area.
Really incredible dining experience. The food was incredible and innovative. The service was top notch. It was a perfect meal.
I love this restaurant, It never disappoints! The pecan crusted snapper is my absolute favorite. Try some of the side dishes for appetizers and you won't be disappointed. Love the deviled eggs, biscuits, collards, and the fried okra. You get quality food and great service for a reasonable price.
Great Food and atmosphere will for sure be back for brunch
Was very busy Sunday morning and cramped inside. They do take your temperature as you enter to be safe but people are still basically on top of each other. Would visit again just with outdoor seating.
Great experience as always. Great food. Personable, attentive service. Tables are well spaced. Always make sure to go here whenever we come to Orlando. Never disappoints. Thank you Soco chefs and staff.
Best red snapper I’ve ever had!!
Great concept for a restaurant with good execution on the dishes. Small tweaks on a few plates (primarily ratios) would take dishes from strong 6's to consistent 8's. Also wouldn't be opposed more chicken skin with the tartare in place of the bread as the garnish.
Jeanie and Tim were amazing! Brunch was fantastic as always
All the food and drinks were amazing. The chefs take such a great approach to modern comfort food. The service staff was also incredible. We were catching up with old friends and didn’t realize how late it had gotten. At 10:45 my husband realized they were closing and asked the waitress what time they close. She responded 10! We felt so bad for staying well past closing, but they never rushed us nor made us feel uncomfortable. 5 stars all around.
Brunch was absolutely amazing. The presentation of dishes was exquisite. And the flavors were delicious
My husband I found this restaurant on Open Table and we decided to go here based on the review alone. Y’all - don’t let this place fool you when you walk by- it is AMAZING! We started with the fried cauliflower; I don’t care if you’re not into veggies, this will change your life.
For dinner we had the Ribeye and Rye special (yes they give you a glass of bourbon with your meal), and my husband had the red snapper. I, myself, am not a fish person but this will definitely make you think twice about that decision.
Nestled in a nice neighborhood block of Orlando, Soco is the place to try for dinner!
Jeannie! Amazing service!
Nice ambience, good staff, great food which for me is the more important, little loud, polite waitress.
Great experience. Food was great. Service a little slow.
We had some people sitting behind us who were exceptionally loud and had been partaking in the unlimited mimosas. They were not wearing mask and speaking loudly and laughing loudly. Under normal circumstances, this would not be an issue - we like having fun and enjoy seeing others have a good time. However, with Covid, I would hope that people would be more mindful of others and avoid speaking loudly or laughing out loud because when they do, they are spraying the whole environment! We did not make a fuss, but I do think that your staff should let customers know that they should be considerate.
We always overeat at Soco and just have the best food!
The service was great and my waiter was friendly. The menu was different and the food was delicious.
Love the place! The food is exquisite.
Jefferson and Jen on the outside patio were amazing. The food was awesome. We just moved from Maryland and they gave us a ton of suggestions for things to do as far as family outings. Top-notch service.
Creative menu..the lobster mash potatoes with meatloaf is bursting in flavors. The CobraKai cocktail with rum has the best pair taste. Very refreshing. Service is outstanding and with a mask. Outstanding place!
I live in the area and had been here multiple times in the past. I had not been here in over a year due to a past experience I had (in which I kept to myself and didn’t write a review on). However the food is amazing, but the slow service unfortunately does not make it worth it.
Usually eat outside but that was full. Ate at the bar (to take advantage of happy hour specials) which was very nice (but still prefer outside).
The food was unique and good. The service wasn’t great. It took a long time and the server did not check in very much.
