Snuffy’s Steakhouse and Pantagis Renaissance is a combination steakhouse and wedding venue. Abe Shafie is the executive chef and he has created a variety of flavorful fare. Indulge in a raw seafood bar, which features shrimp cocktail, clams and mussels. The stars of the buffet carving station are the prime rib and honey roasted ham at Snuffy’s Steakhouse and Pantagis Renaissance. Stop in on Friday and Saturday nights to get a taste of grilled salmon and Alaskan snow crab legs.
Snuffy’s Steakhouse and Pantagis Renaissance has been hosting weddings for more than 30 years. The venue has nine different banquet rooms that are ideal for a variety of special celebrations. It serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday, as well as brunch on Sundays with à la carte and buffet options. This restaurant also has a happy hour with drink and meal specials.
Food was average wedding food even though we sat in the restaurant.
A wide selection of delicious foods plus a completely unrushed atmosphere made this Sunday brunch with special friends a truly wonderful time. I highly recommend Snuffy's for the food and ambience.
the food was really good. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. Great variety. The only thing I didn't like was the italian pastries. Everything else was wonderful.
You must try this to enjoy the quality of food & great service.
The selection at the buffet was good and our waiter was nice, however the restaurant decor is very outdated and the food was average. It was our first time there for brunch and probably our last, the brunch crowd seemed to be more for senior citizens then young families.
There were 19 of us Saturday night for the Land and Seafood Buffet. That included 5 children between 6 and 8. They enjoyed it and the adults really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the waiter staff was very attentive. Would love to do this again and have told several people about it.
Maybe this was an off night but we were not impressed with any of the food. It was a Tuesday night and I was told that the food changes on the Buffet depending on the weekday. There was a decent variety of food considering the price was only $9.95. The best item was the yellow cake with layered chocolate inside. In our party, there were (5) and none of us cared for any of the (3) soup's they offered. We're actually seeking a place for a wedding and wanted to sample the lower items prior to the higher items. This place is beautiful but skip the Tuesday night buffet. Possibly try one of the other day's of the week. Also a 20% tip is added on "everyone's" bill - no matter the quantity of people you may have.
Gratuity should be applied to a bill if it is a large group. I do not feel 5 is a large group. Our bill added $21 and some cents for gratuity we were 5 n one child (6 yr old) our server came to the table exactly 2 yes two times our entire dining time. We sat 25 minutes waiting for him to be in sight to ask for our bill. This is very upsetting know he did not deserve or earn his $21.00 plus tip. I suggest someone be aware of the inconsistentcy of being serviced when the server knows gratuity is applied. We are generous tippers when service is warranted our generosity, unfortunately it wasn't on this Sunday.
Wonderful seafood buffet on Fridays. Fresh raw bar and lots of choices. Great price and value for the dollar. Music a bit too loud but overall a good evening
Friend and I went for Wednesday Buffet.
The table service is almost non-existent. We were seated promptly and waited 10 minutes for water to be placed in our goblets. Five minutes later a waiter came over to take our drink order. Neither of us ordered liquor and I had to ask what the procedure was to use the buffet. My friend had a soda and I had hot tea.
During our buffet experience no one ever came over to offer to refill drinks. I signaled a bus boy for water refill.
All and all, because of the quality and selection of food and options, I think it is a value for the price. Just be prepared to be very assertive to get table service.
