This restaurant is permanently closed. The Smokehouse Grill is an award winning authentic Southern BBQ restaurant voted the Best in Orlando by readers of Orlando Magazine and AOL City Guide. Also awarded the Best BBQ Award at the 2008 Gatlinburg Rib Fest. Featuring slow cooked brisket, smoked in our Southern Pride smokers for over 14 hours and our St. Louis Style ribs smoked for 5 hours. The steaks at the Smokehouse are hand cut just for us and seasoned with our own recipe. Breakfast at the Smokehouse is a family favorite offering an array of unique pancakes including the "off the chart" Red Velvet and Banana Split pancakes. Don"t forget to try our homemade Brisket Hash.

Worst experience we've ever had. Seating with reservation was fine, but 1 hr wait with no reservation, yet empty tables everywhere. Once we were seated our drink order and food order was taken and waitress said she'd also bring some dinner rolls. 45 minutes later we still hadn't even gotten a glass of water or our drink orders. When we inquired with waitress she repeatedly blamed the kitchen. After 45 minutes when we said we'd have the food delivered to the room instead (had children that needed to get ready for bed) waitress said they hadn't even started making our food yet (again, mostly empty restaurant!) so we cancelled our order and left. Extremely disappointing, especially given the restaurant promoting their award winning food. No manager was on hand to speak with. Our reservation was 7:30pm on March 4th

Disappointing. Apparently the bartender quit that day, but the overall service was very poor/slow (until it came to providing the check - that was extremely fast). The food was of fair or poor quality. The sirloin looked good but the texture was poor and the ribs were thin and expensive for what was served.

Our waitress tried her best but it took 15 minutes for a cocktail. When I asked her for a wine instead she told me it may take another fifteen minutes. The wait for food drinks an overall quality was poor. I will not return. It seemed as if there were not enough staff and the overall atmosphere was insufficient.

The food was very good, but unfortunately the play was very noisy and the service was just plain slow. Took a while for the food to come out, and even went to bar and trying to get a drink was frustrating. Definitely not enough help! Stayed at the Westgate property and was only restaurant open, but took an Uber for the next meals.

Brisket was fatty and without good flavor. Gator bites were extremely greasy. Service was not good - they messed up around 2-3 things with our order and we were only a party of 3!

I searched all the reviews and experienced some of the same issues. Absolutely accurate was that the portions are very generous and sampler for two could truly feed 4. Brisket was very moist and flavorful. The sausage was incredibly juicy and delicious. The ribs were smoky and moist...very good. The beans were top 5% for me. Downside, and most of the negative reviews did say this as well, the pulled pork is too dry and the staff is incredibly friendly and apologetic for delays, which there were several. Trying to get a drink from the bar at our table easily took 20-25 minutes as the waitress said "they were just busy". The problem is that we could see that there was no one at the bar. The manager Adriana could not have been nicer and comp'd an appetizer because we made our reservation thru Open Table. This review is not meant to be negative, in fact we are going back tonight with our sons, but they do need to examine their workflow issues and make some changes if they are serious about fixing these review comments. The food is amazing and overall this place is really worth a try.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and on top of everything. Made the evening perfect. The variety of food is amazing and the taste was out of this world. I would come back everyday just to enjoy this food.
