Shroom burger was delicious! Service was good, food was a bit slow to come out but wait staff was attentive.
Love smoked! Also have good food and good service. We always try to go there when we are attending an event in Hershey. Highly recommended !
amazing barbeque. Food and craft beer is exceptional.
Always love Smoked! Food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. The BBQ is amazing and the specialty sauces are delicious!
Food was good, service was a little slow, was loud and we were near a wall made of windows which was a little drafty.
We ordered a bunch of appetizers and drinks. Food was really good. Next time will get some meal with the meats. The my jam drink was amazing ! Everything is good priced including beers. Service was great. Deff make sure to make reservations. We did thankfully and we're taken right when we got there with a huge wait.
Overall , not impressed compared to the other restaurants they have. I thought it was marginal at best.
We always go to Smoked and the food is excellent. However, we had a large party for my daughter's 21st birthday and only 1/2 of our food came out. 1/2 of us were done eating before the other 1/2 of the orders came out. Service was so slow and they did not have us on one ticket.
Ate here before heading to a Bears game. Our party had ribs, pulled pork, salad, steak, and grilled chicken. All super yummy with lots of sauces to choose from. Sides we had corn fritters, sweet potato fries, Mac n cheese, and grilled veggies. All were good EXCEPT the grilled veggies, they were smothered with a balsamic glaze. Now I love some balsamic vinegar but #1 It was wayyyy too much and #2 It wasn’t mentioned that’s how they were prepared.(or none of us saw it on the menu) Simple grilled squash would have been a home run. Other than that, it was great. Kids loved it, adults loved it. Pretty good beer selection too.
Had dinner after a 2 pm show at Hershey Theatre with my husband and 82-year-old mother. Our server, Lori P, was excellent... very pleasant and efficient. I wish there was a Smoked in Lancaster!
Great food with creative twist to the menu. The service was great and liked the fact that the server could scan your credit card at the table. Noise level was very high which was the only negative to this dining experience.
Good, but not spectacular. Although, it might be what I deserve for ordering salmon at a bbq place! The salmon was overcooked and although the rub on it was good, the fish itself was just ok - a little fishy and dry. The broccoli was saturated in butter. The best part was the biscuit and macaroni & cheese. However, my husband had the mild sausage and it was delicious! He also had a baked sweet potato and corn fritters - all very good. I would be willing to try again, but this time order something different. We had a reservation but there was no table ready for us. We finally sat at the bar and ate. Otherwise, we would have been waiting at least 20 minutes for a table.
Food was excellent, loved the BBQ sauce selection!!!!
We love this place! I love that you can order smoked meats and try so many different BBQ sauces! The Mac & Cheese and Grilled Veggies are good too! We often come for Birthday celebrations, because everyone leaves happy and the service is great!!
Our food was excellent. A few of us got the ribs and I woul recommend them to anyone that likes Ribs
We enjoyed our meal, and our waitress Stacy was excellent. The corn fritters were delicious and I highly recommend them. We ate lunch at an off peak time and it wasn’t too busy, there were plenty of empty tables. We were disappointed that someone was sat directly next to us at a connecting booth. It was almost uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and we would eat at Smoked again.
Vegan burger patty is awful. Inedible. But everything else honestly was delicious. Excellent menu and delicious food. Will be back and getting my usual. Veggie quesadillas !
Excellent food and excellent service! Hardest part about our visit was deciding what to order, so many good picks!!! And our picky eating kids even loved it too!
Pleasantly surprised. Frequent Hershey often and don't know how we missed Smoked. Will definitely be returning.
My family had the opportunity to dine at Smoked before a recent Hershey Bears game. Not having been there before, we were unsure what to expect. Smoked was a "hit" by all family members, including a somewhat picky daughter. From a standard cheeseburger to the beef brisket to various mac-n-cheese plates, the food was outstanding. My wife raved about the Buffalo Chicken Mac-n-Cheese, and even more about the chipotle corn side dish. Their craft beer list is great, especially given that Troeg's Brewery is only a few miles away. If you are looking for good BBQ-type food in the Hershey area and a casual atmosphere, I would highly recommend that you check out Smoked.
The food was great, as was the service. However, it was so cold in the corner booth where we were seated, I had to keep my coat on the entire time. Initially we thought it might be a draft from the door, but quickly realized it wasn't, it was a constant air flow from a vent overhead. I would eat here again, but would request not to be seated in the same area.
We made reservation for a Saturday night, area was crowded but wait was brief. Service was quick and attentive. The booth was very cold with A/C blowing our hair which we didn't need at all in December. I asked for it to be turned down but we all ate with our coats on. Food was good with large servings. We would eat here again just not at that booth.
Great food. Great overall. Just didn’t have the best waitress
We stopped here before a Hershey Bears game. Nice ambiance for an evening meal, however the food was mediocre and the BBQ entrées were overpriced. We could have had better BBQ at numerous other places for half the cost. Service was good, though.
We had a party of 6, seated immediately. Food came out quickly. Everything was very good
Was more impressed with the Mexican inspired dishes than anything "smoked," which they are not as it's pretty clearly liquid smoke flavored dishes. Had a brisket and wings combo and it was nice to be able to get wings in a combo. The brisket had no smoke ring, but was tender. Sampling the 7 different BBQ sauces was a fun time! The guacamole and fried pickles were great! Others had tacos and loved them. Overall, don't go expecting true smoked food... which is somewhat disappointing and bugged me considering the name of the restaurant. If I take that part out of the equation, overall a very solid restaurant. Would prefer this to a chain that you will find around the area.
Nice meal, good service, steak a little over cooked, delicious sausages, would come again.
Simple meal, quick and accurate service, I wouldn't consider this for a business lunch if you are trying to impress anyone, but staff is efficient.
We decided to simply go out for dinner on a Friday night, and hadn't visited in a while. Never disappointed by Smoked, from the service through the beer selection and to the actual entrees. A very good value based on the serving size, and magnificent, local quality to boot.
We were camping at Hershey, and looking for a good place to eat. NOt into chains, etc. Saw this place and decided to check it out. We were sooo happy! The food was fantastic, the ambiance was great, and our waiter rocked it! The kids loved him! They kept things moving, so we were in and out. It truly was a great find! Best BBQ ever had!
This was our first time at Smoked in Hershey and can't wait to come back. The service was excellent, food was terrific and not overcrowded.
We were in town visiting Hershey park and decided to try here for dinner. We had a reservation and got seated right away. The place was crowded around 6. We got the guacamole and chips appetizer. That was really good. For dinner my friends tried the brisket and ribs and said they were just okay. The brisket tasted like it had been sitting for a while and wasn't super moist. The ribs were pretty good. I was the only one who really liked my dinner. I got the pulled pork with the baked potato and caesar salad. The salad was decent, but the pulled pork was very tasty, especially with the sauce. The cinnamon butter for the sweet potato was great and their biscuits were delicious. Our waiter was very nice and split the bill three ways which was really nice.
The male bartender was unable to make any drinks that weren't on the specialty menu. I asked for gin and he said I don't like gin. Well that doesn't mean I don't and he couldn't make me a drink. For that reason we left
Nice venue, great portions, good beer selection. Food good, but not unique.
My family of 5 enjoyed lunch here on our way to HersheyPark. The service was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, tacos and kids meal. I think the beef brisket was better than the pork. Portions are generous. We had 2 takeaway boxes with leftovers. They have an extensive list of beers, including choices from local brewery.
Not real BBQ. No smoker in sight. Ribs fall off the bones. Not what you want. Lots of liquid smoke taste. Good value for kids tho. If you are seeking real BBQ. Go onward.
Family dining the day before visiting Hershey Park with family. Very kid friendly, however our waiter kept forgetting drink refills, straws, etc. Food was excellent, noise level high
We have been to this restaurant several times before. The food was always great until tonight. The ribs where spices an dry. The corn nuggets where more batter than corn.
Terrible experience. This was our 2nd time there. We are from out of town and pass through often when visiting family and use this area as our stopping point . We went and spent the day at the Park and had a 3 hour ride home. We made reservations in advance. We had 3 children with us, 3, 5 and 6 months. We arrived 5 mins prior to our reservation time, got seated, placed our drink orders and then our waitress disappeared. Other tables were coming in and ordering and we were still sitting there waiting. She finally takes the order. Shortly after , the 1 aptz that one of our guest orders came out. And then we sit, and wait and wait and wait. An HOUR goes by, we saying something and we get a complimentary chip basket because the kitchen is backed up, yet food is coming out to many other tables very quickly . Mind you the kids got mac and cheese and a mini cheese burger! We try to speak with the manager and there is no manager, they kept giving us the run around that someone will come talk to us, no one comes or a random waitress comes over and says ok!
Our waitress at this point is total ignoring us, has not come over since she dropped the chip basket off, hasn't offered us a refill on our drinks, walks to every table in our area to refill their water but OUR table. Almost 2 hours later we get our food! My husband keeps asking to speak to a manager and we are told she will be out, someone doesn't come out for a good 10 mins at , who clearly is NOT the manager. It was awful, we will never go there, I think they are very disorganized, they don't have a manager there making sure things are running smoothly . Our waitress clearly never put our order in after our aptz came and passed it off on the kitchen and then cold shouldered us because of her mistake. It's a shame because it's a cool looking place and food is decent.
