   Went for a Sunday lunch, food was good as always compliments to the chefs, however although there is a separate vegetarian menu, there was no vegetarian sunday lunch option apart from just vegetables and I said I was vegetarian and then got offered fish with vegetables. A restaurant in this price bracket should at least offer a nut roast or vegetarian alternative to meat. So unfortunately Smiths has lost it’s edge for us.

   Lovely food, not cheap but consistently good. Very friendly staff and great service

   Fantastic food and excellent service, our waiter Elliot was a delight, helpful and very respectful. Can’t wait for our next visit.

   Next to a large table of young women continually screeching. We were a table of four trying to make ourselves heard to each other Unfortunately the restaurant bounces noise around the walls and floor which impairs the ambience of a superb restaurant. Maybe we were just unlucky, but it did spoil the excellent food and service.

   Impressive delightful staff in attractive and comfortable restaurant. We both had the set lunch menu but different choices. The portions were plentiful, food served piping hot, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was recommended to me and was as good as I was told if not better. Will be dining there again.

    We have always used Smith's for special occasions, the food and staff never disappoint. Excellent delicious food, staff and service first class.
