Slice of Vegas Ratings and Reviews
I was unhappy with the awful table we were given initially and I was also unhappy about the face the hostess made when I asked to change the table. I guess the waitress was friends with the hostess because I was also unhappy with the waitesses cold personality after we were re-seated in her area. BUT, I was extremely happy with the meatball appetizer along with garlic bread bread. And then I was also very happy with the pepperoni, mushroom, & sausage pizza we ordered. I guess we won the waitress over when she realized that we were just 2 people that weren't happy sitting near the waiter/waitress station stuck between that and another crowded table when there was a bunch of much nicer booths available. Anyway, overall it was good and I would go again. And try the meatballs.
Dinner before a show. I liked being able to book on OpenTable. Service was wonderful, friendly staff. Good choices on the menu and I liked options of adding various proteins to pasta. I had salmon primavera. DELICIOUS, cooked perfectly. Very generous serving size. I did not have rom for dessert but saw the chocolate cake served at a table next to me. Generous size, two people shared it and it must have been good as there were no leftovers.
I would def. go back again.
Pretty good, but a bit pricey. We just had a 12" personal pizza. It was OK for thin crust, but at $18.95 you can do better. I suppose it's just the cost of eating at a hotel on the strip.
The service was good for a Thursday and not busy at 6 pm, so I'm not sure what it would be like on a busier night. Go ahead and try it for yourself, after all it is Las Vegas and you're probably here to gamble, right? It will probably be better odds of enjoying the meal and won't cost as much as what you'll lose in the casino. 🙂
Very pleased that I could get a pre-show table for 8 people during peak hours and the table was ready when promised. Pizza selection was good with a variety of gourmet styles. 12" pizza is good for 2 people, especially with apps and drinks. Quick service. Drinks were kept full.
Good option for a relatively inexpensive family sit down meal on the strip. We had garlic bread for an appetizer and a simple cheese thin crust pizza. My two pre-teen daughters had the kids spaghetti plus a slice of the pizza. This was more than enough food for all four of us. The wine list is a little lacking, but this is more of a beer and pizza place. All in all a good dinner!
I decided to try Slice of Vegas because I love Italian food and I've recently transitioned to a plant-based vegan diet. The vegan menu, while not extremely extensive, had some great items to choose from. I ended up getting the meatless meatball sandwich and the Not Your Mama's Garlic Bread. The food was amazing! I would definitely eat there again!
Food was delicious. Way better than expected. The create your own pasta dish has premium choices and our pasta came out perfectly cooked. The vegetarian soup was a nice surprise and the pizza was just a step under a fine dining trattoria and tasted delish cold the next day. The toasted ravioli appetizer is so good too...pretty nice sauce
This is located upstairs, just ask for directions. The service was pretty good, but I had to ask for a water refill more then once. The food was very tasty...the roasted cauliflower app was amazing!! The prices were a bit steep, but you are in a casino...and it looked like the happy hour menu had some great deals, so next time that is when we will go. And, we will go again...
My partner had the chicken Alfredo, chicken was moist, temperature was perfect so was the presentation. I had the salad which had plenty of ingredients. For desert we had the cookie skillet, which we couldn't finish but tasted awesome , moist chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
This was our first time at Slice of Vegas. The food was really good and their red sangria is wonderful.
Like everything in Vegas now it is a bit pricey for the type of food they serve and the "sports bar" atmosphere, but the prices are in line with other comparable restaurants here and we will definitely come back next year.
