We had reservations for Easter brunch and they completely exceeded our expectations. The buffet they did was just so good. Raw oysters, jumbo shrimp cocktail, fresh sushi, omelet station, kids food station, excellent veggies and desserts. There was so much. We are vegetarian (eat seafood on holidays), and it was perfect for us. The view is outstanding. Harp player set a relaxing mood, Easter Bunny visited our table a couple times, and a ballon artist made super heroes for our boys. The money spent was well worth what we got. Service was excellent.
The service was great as usual. John was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great drinks.
By far the best part about this restaurant is the wonderful view you have of downtown and the south side of Indianapolis. The food portions were very nice in size and the price was very good considering the location and type of items on the menu. Our server was very attentive to our needs and made our dining experience very pleasant.
The atmosphere was incredible! From the start, the hostesses and managers were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience declined from there. Our server was not knowledgeable about the menu. The way our food was presented was lack luster. The food was good, but for the price, I don’t think it was worth it.
It’s was alright just a dinner in the skyscraper nothing fancy I do that all the time in Ukraine and not as expensive at skyline Club at all
Food was good and service was okay but for the cost I’d expected better okay service, the servers brought butter to the table but never brought bread.
Poor service - waited an hour for salad; steak was significantly under-cooked; and meal as a whole was dramatically over-priced. Many nicer places in Indy for less money and better quality food.
The views are absolutely amazing. The salads, risotto and vegetables were very good but the swordfish was overcooked.
This is a City Gem for Indianapolis and is suitable for any occasion, Business to Romantic. The Staff was top notch, the food was good with a very limited selection. Great 360 view of the city. Be prepared for not so convenient parking and a long wait for an elevator if the hotel is busy, this may effect your reservation time.
Good food and service. View was great. Was a bit noisy but what isn't these days
The restaurant is very elegant with a terrific view of the city. My girlfriend had never experienced anything like this and was thrilled to be there.
The service was excellent and the food was well prepared and the portions were just right.
The price was comparable to other upscale restaurants and I considered this a good value for the money spent.
Everything was good. I expected my dish to be something totally different than I got. That can be my fault. I have been there other times and have been impressed with the staff, service and food.
Devour downtown menu was great. The setting is beautiful.
Visited during Devour Week. Great food and awesome price! Will definitely be back at the next Devour week!
Fabulous view! Good service. Very mediocre food, sadly.
Spectacular experience-food, view, service - all fabulous!
Undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable experiences/evenings out, we've had in quite sometime. Everything from the greeting, the service, the meal, to the view exceeded our expectations. We make it a point to enjoy every moment in life and the moments that made for our evening there have now become special memories we'll encourage others to experience for themselves!
Dined at the Skyline Club as part of Devour Indy (thank you, Skyline, for participating!) and before we went to the Indianapolis Symphony for a concert in connection with the Devour Indy promotion. Excellent 3-course options covering classics and more adventurous cuisine. Everything was well prepared, the service was excellent, but the major draw was the amazing view of downtown which was spectacular! The club itself makes huge sense for anyone seeking business-appropriate dining, but for the rest of us be sure and take advantage of opportunities like Devour Indy to have a taste of the high life, literally, in this wonderful setting for very good food and service.
I love coming here for lunch during Devour Indy. The food is excellent, and you can't beat the view!
Food was excellent! Service was top notch. View was unbeatable! All around better than Eagle's Nest.
Beautiful view, wonderful friendly service and delicious food. The mango crab salad was especially unique and tasty. Great experience, will return.
New Years Eve
Food was wonderful! Service a little slow but it's ok, we weren't in a hurry and enjoyed the evening looking out over the city.
Great setting for business dinner - 18 people
Service was great!! Reasonable pricing.
Food was great, view was awesome. The prices advertised online was for members only; extra $20 per plate for non member. Service wasn’t great, got our sides wrong but we didn’t complain, waiters side recommendation was great he just substituted for the wrong side. While we waited we ran out of drinks and had to wait a while for waiter to come back around, odd because restaurant was slow at the time. 20% gratuity is automatically added to bill regardless.
Everything was great my family and I loved the place, the only thing is that they were out of deserts and it was my friends' birthday so that was the only thing missing. But other than that the overall service was great.
Food was great and so was the Service. My wife and I enjoyed this.
View is great and service was fine. Unfortunately the quality of the entrees did not come close to matching the price. Fillet steak was average and served with rather woody asparagus. My wife's lamb was frankly appalling, the bone on the chops clearly showing this was mutton and not lamb. In consequence it was undercooked, tough, did not have the distinctive lamb flavor and was full of white fat. The restaurant did replace it with no debate and did not charge for the salmon my wife chose. Only problem was the salmon had evidently been hastily microwaved and was served with the vegetables from the original entree, reheated and barely edible. Overall extremely disappointing way to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. We will not be back.
Relatively new to the area we were looking for a nice place to eat prior to a date at the Symphony. We found Skyline on Open Table and decided to give it a try. We have eaten at many of the area top steak houses but can tell you the steak was absolutely wonderful. The view is unbelievable and the service was second to none. We truly enjoyed the evening and will certainly go again. Thank you for allowing us to visit your club.
John was simply amazing. He prepared our drinks and desert, and couldn’t have been anymore pleasant! The club catered to our birthday dinner by placing us near a window seat as requested and had a nice placard arranged at our table.
The food and service were astounding and we look forward to visiting again!
John provided exceptional service and made my birthday date one to remember.
Great food combined with a beautiful view of Indianapolis!
It was great! It wasn't very busy so it felt almost like we had the place to ourselves. The servers were very easy to get along with. Obviously the views were great and you get a lot of food for the price.
Amazing place. The view was lovely. Even though they had a wedding across the hall the staff still gave us their full attention. Food was delicious.
Service was excellent. The waitress that my wife and I had was very courteous and kind. She was always available and regularly stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything, etc. Just loved how quiet and peaceful it was in the room. The food was some of the best I've had in recent history. So much so, that I told the waitress to let the cooks know how delicious the meal was. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion.
We arrived early and were seated at a corner table away from the view, but without any complaints on our part the hostess invited us to move to a window table. Thanks! The food was terrific - beef medallions melted in my mouth and my wife loved the scallops. Portion sizes were more than ample. Tasty lobster bisque and wonderful turtle cheesecake. We came for Devour Indy, so meal cost was really low. Drinks were great if a bit pricey. Of course the view of downtown Indy overlooking Monument Circle is a big part of the ambience. We had a terrific experience and will certainly return.
We were able to try this during devour indy and it was fabulous! Most of us ordered the scallops over risotto and it was perfect! The turtle cheesecake was okay but the flourless chocolate cake was so rich and creamy. Service was wonderful and the ambience of the skyline was so pretty. Enjoyed it immensely!
Horrible service. They were so slow and we had to ask for bread and we got our drinks after we were done with the food. Savannah (waitress) wasn't attentitive at all and there were only a total of 5 tables including us there (different wait staff). Food wasn't great especially for the price. They automatically calculate the tip and pre-charge it, so the wait staff has to reason to do a good job. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will never go back.
This was our first visit to Skyline Club and it was AMAZING! Leveraging the incredible deal during Devour Indy, we always wanted to give this place a try. The menu voices were incredible and everything tasted delicious! Celebrating our 17-year anniversary here was perfect! We will definitely plan a return!
The views are phenomenal. Our waitress was very pleasant. The food was truly excellent. The quiet setting also made it easy to carry on a conversation. I would highly recommend the Skyline Club to anyone wanting a fantastic dinner setting.
