Sky Thai Sushi
It took forever to get a server over to the table to place an order for our drinks. Half of the time the food on the menu isn't available. I went for a second time to give it another chance but was even more disappointed. The servers are in and out and you can tell they're just ready to move on to the next customer
Met a friend here. A very good spot for lunch. Not sure I would go for dinner unless I was interested in a quick meal.
Very attentive service. Good flavor of food. Spicy was not spicy at all.
Vegetable Pad Thai was amazing!
Great place. Loved the food and service.
The food was delicious. Severs could have been a little friendlier, attentiveness was good. Extremely loud table right next to us.
Food is subpar at best. Not sure why so many positive reviews.
Very small portions for what you pay. The prices for all the items seem very high.
Everything was perfect
Late night specials/appetizers. Tasty but the shrimp/fish balls were rubbery. They offered no compensation. The Lechee Martini on the other hand was fantastic. What can I say, I was on vacay
Amazing food and great service
If u love thai and sushi . Great drinks this is the place to come
Great sushi. Nice presentation. quick service. Good happy hour drink specials.
Good was bland and poorly presented
Customer service was amazing! Food came out quick! We definitely coming back!
You can never go wrong with this place!!! Love the sushi
It was nice. Great food and service was fine.
We were very very impressed. The sushi chef cut my husband’s salmon so that it followed the marbled grain.....was gorgeous. That definitely showed skill. Everything that we tasted was wonderful and it definitely has a Fort Lauderdale vibe. Plus,I love the location.
The food was great, and the inside of the restaurant is beautiful! Not overly crowded and clean!
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner on first visit to this restaurant, before attending a nearby dance performance. Very flavorful and delicious food - sushi rolls and panang curry - was excellently prepared and beautifully presented in a classy contemporary-design interior with attentive, professional and efficient service. Perhaps the best Thai-sushi restaurant I’ve dined at in South Florida.
It was a nightmare. When I made our reservation I said I was vegan and to give us a server who understood! We’ve been many times and never had this experience. I ordered the same dish I always get. They made it with egg. I was furious. When she finally returned to our table she said “well some vegans eat egg”. Excuse me. Please train your servers and staff to understand that vegans don’t eat any animal products at all in any shape or form. Until then we won’t return! I had no dinner thank you!
Every single thing we ordered was delicious! Excellent service and atmosphere!
Good food, nice ambience jut the server kept rushing us to order. Interrupted our dinner conversation on several occasions. Other than that, good experience.
We had the Chicken Satay and Springroll appetizers, as well as the Tom Kay Kai soup. All were very tasty.
We had the Green Curry entree. It was outstanding.
Awesome again. Love this place
Awesome! Great food, great experience for me being vegan and everyone else in our party who wasn’t. Super delicious food!
We reserved our table online and they were quick to accommodate us as soon as we arrived. We were seated in a nice private room. The food was great as usual and they were attentive. My friends loved their food and selection. Every visit to this restaurant is worth it. They get very busy during lunch time.
Food and service were outstanding!
Went for lunch on Tuesday Feb 26th at 12:30pm The food was very good, (ordered Pad Thay spicy) but, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to come by and take our order and then at least 15min after eating to get someone to bring the check. Also, the heat was unbearable, my guest and I were both sweating. I am not sure if I would return but perhaps for dinner. Maybe dinner is a better experience.
Delicious sushi, excellent value, inviting ambience, and attentive accommodation to my gluten-free diet. See for yourself!
Always wonderful food and great service. I love the red curry dishes, especially with their crispy duck. Consistently delicious food.
First time visiting Sky Thai Sushi and loved it. Food was hot, great flavor, service was attentive and the prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Overall very happy with our dining experience and will visit again.
Monday lunch special is the crispy duck with red curry thai sauce and vegetables. My favorite dish and day of the week. Can't get enough of it.
The sushi here was quite good and you get a lot of pieces in each roll! The place is kind of dark neon lit, kind of clubby but was pretty empty when I went (then again it was on a weeknight around 5:30pm so probably to be expected).
You can find as good of food at better prices at other, less posh locations. For Las Olas it should be considered reasonable. Location, location, location... :-)
This place never disappoints. We had a 10 person reservation but only eight people attended. They kept our table and didn’t take the extra seats away like some places would, and the restaurant was fairly crowded. Our waitress at first was a little slow to take our order, but after that, she was efficient and extremely attentive. She kept our sake glasses filled. The food arrived quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. We tried several rolls. The spicy roll with jalapeños was delicious. Two people ordered Thai and the drunken noodles were spectacular. All in All a great place for fresh fish and a fun night!
This is a lovely restaurant on Las Olas. It was relatively quiet, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was, not perfect, but okay. We each ordered a first course. The sauteed mushroom salad was a big hit and the portion seemed fairly large. I ordered the summer rolls. However, my order did not arrive at the same time as the other starters and, after waiting a few minutes, I felt obliged to ask for it. It came shortly after my request, however, I feel a good restaurant should deliver all of the orders in a course at the same time or offer an explanation and/or apology for the delay. Also when they arrived, the rolls were dry, rather loosely packed, and unlike what I have enjoyed elsewhere. Additionally, I had to ask for peanut sauce which is usually provided with this dish, but this could just be the chef's interpretation. My husband ordered a tempura fish sushi roll. He said both the fish and rice were quite dry.
Valet parking was $7.00.
Just good at good prices my favorite
Pre-theater dining although we have enjoyed Saturday evening dinner here, as well. Food is freshly prepared, fresh fish and tasty Thai dishes, sushi, soups and vegetarian choices offered. We will return.
Great food, service and ambience, close to Broward Center.
