Our signature restaurant, Six Seven in downtown Seattle, Washington, offers inspired cuisine drawing from Pacific Northwest, Pan-Asian, and Regional American flavors. Located in the Edgewater, Seattle’s only waterfront hotel, our restaurant and lounge is a natural showcase with floor to ceiling views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Chef Jesse Souza and the culinary team feature seasonally rotating menus which include items such as Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake with Tomato-Ginger Jam, BLT Salad with Candied Bacon, Heirloom Tomato, and Poblano Ranch, Cedar Planked King Salmon with Truffled Corn and Local Honey, Miso Glazed Black Cod with Edamame and Ginger Carrots, and Blue Cheese Crusted Filet of Beef with Asparagus and Foraged Mushroom Ragout.

I was not impressed with the food,it was too bland for my taste. If you like bland food then this places for you. Other than that, the service was great and the waterfront was spectacular.

Was rather let down, was my wifes first time there per my recommendation. We regularly try out higher end resteraunts. I told her Six Seven was better then her beloved Mistral Kitchen In Downtown Seattle. Though I won the debate about ambiance. I felt really let down by the food, being that I really bragged it up. The scallops where defiantly frozen at one point so they where abnormally puffy and slightly rubbery. I ordered the filet mignon it was full of fat gristle, and was not rare. It was about medium and a bit chewy. The cheese put on top was terrible, usually such cheese should be a very light dusting however it was literally a SLAB Slice of VERY strong cheese. I tried to scrape it off as the smell was very repulsive and over powering. But it was gross so I gave it to my wife as she could tolerate it. I ate the veggies around it which was super delicious. The lemon Spinach was good though I do feel that the lemon was pretty over powering. However I am someone who enjoys the taste of spinach so that was a slight personal preference. Service was wonderful, drinks where good. But the food really let me down.
