Located in the Edgewater, Seattle’s only waterfront hotel, our restaurant and lounge is a natural showcase with floor to ceiling views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Chef Jesse Souza and the culinary team feature seasonally rotating menus which include items such as Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake with Tomato-Ginger Jam, BLT Salad with Candied Bacon, Heirloom Tomato, and Poblano Ranch, Cedar Planked King Salmon with Truffled Corn and Local Honey, Miso Glazed Black Cod with Edamame and Ginger Carrots, and Blue Cheese Crusted Filet of Beef with Asparagus and Foraged Mushroom Ragout.
