    A culinary experience for the adventurous omnivore. Reserve one to eight seats overlooking the Olympic Valley and Palisades Mountain while Chef Chris Watkins creates a custom tasting menu. This immersive experience is not for the picky eater and is perfect for locals, visitors, and celebratory occasions alike. Each course will be paired with a recommended wine from our restaurant sommelier. Please note that while we attempt to accommodate most dietary restrictions, there are instances where we cannot meet every limitation including but not limited to, gluten free, dairy free and vegan diets.                                                             We had the dry age ribeye, which was rubbery and had a bad overall taste. The tomahawk was overcooked and tasted as it was very close to being spoiled. The meat just didn’t seem to be a good quality. Service was amazing, but the food was a swing and a miss.
