They poisoned my daughter by feeding her regular pasta instead of gluten free pasta. Don’t go there.
The place filled up and i think our server had too many tables. The apps and salad came out quickly, entrees a bit long. The pizza (entree) was a tad underdone for the crust. Server was very good.
Kids chicken tenders were really hard and over fried. The pasta putanesca is all capers , no well done. They replace the tender for Kid pizza , not better that any fake pizza , NOTHING ITALIAN about this place, Manager nice and receptive but very poor food. Never again...
Great service and tasty food
We had a wonderful dining experience at Siro! The food was great and the service was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dinner and time while dining at Siro. They serve local grass fed meats and fresh local produce, we were surprised and very happy with the selection of farm to table foods. We will definitely be eating at Siro again!
Average Hotel Fair. Not great and there are certainly better choices in the area. Won’t be going back
Overall meal was very good, very good service, good variety on the menu, and nice ambience.
I was staying at the Marriott and did not feel like going out to one of the many restaurants in the area. Honestly, I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by friendly hostesses. Our waiter was extremely attentive. And best of all, the food was delicious. They also make a great cocktail!
Nice varierty of options. Nothing overly complicated and for the most part, not over spicey.
Our food was very good and our waiter was amazing. His name is Victor
Visiting in town for a conference. The food was so good that I ate there 3 times. I was happy with the quality of the food, wine selection, and the service.
Our dinner was delicious but one person's steak was cold..we sent it back and all of us were already done with our meal and still no steak...i brought it to the attention of the waitress and still no steak..i brought it to the attention of the manager. He brought the steak out. He comped the meal and dessert...it worked in the end. I guess.
Convenient restaurant with very good food. Service was great and the food came out with a minimal wait. The design of the restaurant lends itself to noise, both from patrons and the hotel lobby. Meal prices were high, but it is in a resort hotel location which tends to drive prices higher than standard restaurants. All that said, the food and service make up for the other minor gripes. I recommend Siro.
All of the wait staff and help were awesome. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The only thing that we saw as a negative is that it was a little noisy but other than that it was great.
Great little spot within the Marriott Orlando World Center; very heavily booked during weekends and conventions. Make sure to book early!
Reservation was honored in a timely manner. Took over 90 minutes for meal to arrive. The manager apologized. Said restaurant was very busy. There is a meeting every year at this time. It is expected to be busy. The restaurant should be better prepared. One of our guests left before his meal arrived. Disappointed in that they are not better prepared.
Nice meal with fantastic service for our large group (15). Our server kept the food and drinks coming and went the extra mile for me in helping recover my receipt from the night before, which I’d forgotten to collect.
Exceptional service, incredible dinner, best we've had in years! My wife recommends the mussels, I loved the ribeye, and we shared a delicious Caesar salad. Sadly, we were too full for dessert!
Our party of 11 was well taken care of with efficiency and charm.
We had a reservation and we got there we were the only ones in the place. Very friendly staff greeted us. Our waitress was kind, helpful and knew the menu well. It took a long time between ordering and getting our food- I didn't complain as it not my style, but felt it was definitely a kitchen issue not a wait staff issue- by the time we left, the restaurant had filled up and was busy.
The first night we attempted to dine at Siro's we didn't make a reservation. The hostess, Bethsaida was so nice and told us it would be quite a wait, because of the accounting convention diners. We decided to come back the next night and made reservations for 6:30.
Bethsaida was there to greet us at the Hostess stand and she remembered that we were there the night before. We were seated right away. She told us how sorry she wasn't able to get us in the previous night and that the dessert would be on her this evening. She stopped by our table several times to check on us, and we fell in love with her warmth. We really wanted to have her dine with us, but she obviously couldn't since she was on the job.
What a great asset Bethsaida is to Siro's. Also, our waitress was very lovely and informative. The food, service and atmosphere was awesome.
Thank you for a wonderful dining experience for my daughter and me while we visited Orlando.
Quality food. Farm to table ingredients. Family friendly menu. Delicious pastas and pizza.
Hotel was very busy with the NFRA and Siro did a great job handling these large crowds
Wonderful Breakfast buffet
I was seated and it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was even there. No drinks. No hello. Nothing.
We got our drinks, finally. It took another 10 mins for our waitress to take our order.
We did have reservations and it was later in the evening so the restaurant was not that busy.
Our server Danielle was amazing!! Made the experience wonderful.
Overpriced and just ok food. Very limited menu and nickle and dimed for everything - had to pay for bread on the table... I miss the old restaurant that used to be there. It, like the hotel, have gone down hill in quality and uphill in pricing. Neither worth it any more.
Excellent service! Excellent food!
We were a group on a business trip Appreciated separate checks without asking and the attentive service.
Creative entree's. Mushroom lasagna was REALLY good.
Caesar salad was done better than most.
Best of all was our waiter. 9.9 out of 10
Excellent dining experience however the cost to park at MWC parking deck for one hour was $23 which made a reasonable dining experience far over priced.
A family gathering celebrating summer and all of the family events that happen!
Food was very terrible and overpriced. This "Italian" restaurant featured only a couple of pasta dishes, and my pasta wasn't even done.
Meggan our server was very accommodating for my granddaughter's birthday and went above and beyond with our special meal request.
The service from DeeDee was excellent. The Charcuterie board was 1st class, and the balsamic marinated rib eye was out of this world. The wine selection was a little pricy but there are a few affordable bottles in there. Overall an excellent meal / experience.
Service was polite and friendly but didn't really see the need to be asked if i would like dessert when i was still eating my main course. Very expensive for what it is. Food was ok but nothing outstanding to warrant the prices that they charge.
I met with Friends for dinner and drinks ahead of a conference being held st the hotel. All he good was fabulous! We decided to stay in the bar area because our server was so friendly. Had a great time and will go back when at the hotel.
Odd menu slow meal service
The food was terrific. I really enjoyed my beet salad and polenta agnolotti. My husband had the caesar salad and lamb bolognese. Great kids options, too. My son had the pizza, and my daughter has the pasta with alfredo sauce. Dessert was also delicious - I had the vanilla panna cotta, and the kids had ice cream and zepploi.
