Siro Urban Italian at Marriott World Center Ratings and Reviews
Reservation was honored in a timely manner. Took over 90 minutes for meal to arrive. The manager apologized. Said restaurant was very busy. There is a meeting every year at this time. It is expected to be busy. The restaurant should be better prepared. One of our guests left before his meal arrived. Disappointed in that they are not better prepared.
We had a reservation and we got there we were the only ones in the place. Very friendly staff greeted us. Our waitress was kind, helpful and knew the menu well. It took a long time between ordering and getting our food- I didn't complain as it not my style, but felt it was definitely a kitchen issue not a wait staff issue- by the time we left, the restaurant had filled up and was busy.
The first night we attempted to dine at Siro's we didn't make a reservation. The hostess, Bethsaida was so nice and told us it would be quite a wait, because of the accounting convention diners. We decided to come back the next night and made reservations for 6:30.
Bethsaida was there to greet us at the Hostess stand and she remembered that we were there the night before. We were seated right away. She told us how sorry she wasn't able to get us in the previous night and that the dessert would be on her this evening. She stopped by our table several times to check on us, and we fell in love with her warmth. We really wanted to have her dine with us, but she obviously couldn't since she was on the job.
What a great asset Bethsaida is to Siro's. Also, our waitress was very lovely and informative. The food, service and atmosphere was awesome.
Thank you for a wonderful dining experience for my daughter and me while we visited Orlando.
I was seated and it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was even there. No drinks. No hello. Nothing.
We got our drinks, finally. It took another 10 mins for our waitress to take our order.
We did have reservations and it was later in the evening so the restaurant was not that busy.
Overpriced and just ok food. Very limited menu and nickle and dimed for everything - had to pay for bread on the table... I miss the old restaurant that used to be there. It, like the hotel, have gone down hill in quality and uphill in pricing. Neither worth it any more.
The service from DeeDee was excellent. The Charcuterie board was 1st class, and the balsamic marinated rib eye was out of this world. The wine selection was a little pricy but there are a few affordable bottles in there. Overall an excellent meal / experience.
The food was terrific. I really enjoyed my beet salad and polenta agnolotti. My husband had the caesar salad and lamb bolognese. Great kids options, too. My son had the pizza, and my daughter has the pasta with alfredo sauce. Dessert was also delicious - I had the vanilla panna cotta, and the kids had ice cream and zepploi.
Picked this restaurant for location, being in the hotel, and previous reviews. Would have been better to drive elsewhere, as the experience was not worth the convenience. The menu is limited, so you would expect the meals to be both flavorful and hot. In our party of 5, we had 4 steaks and a pork pasta dish; none of the steaks were hot, lukewarm at best, and the pasta was described by my customer as "pretty unremarkable". We had multiple servers, with apparently no communication or coordination of activities - I would compare to a mediocre Applebee's / Chili's experience, which didn't help.
I left the evening, embarrassed at my choice for dinner, especially with customers. I would not recommend under any circumstances.
