    We were seated for our reservation immediately, and served appetizers quickly as well. However, we did not receive our entrees for an hour and a half past when we ordered. We were provided some focaccia as an apology, and the wait staff was very apologetic. It was unfortunately just a long wait and difficult experience due to our lack of quick service, especially with having a group that included three young kids. Food was fine.

    Très bonne nourriture mais le service est assez lent. Tout au long de notre repas les tables avoisinantes n’ont pas été nettoyées, nous avons donc mangé avec des tables autour de nous jonchées de verres et vaisselle salle. Assez décevant comme ambiance. De plus, nous étions sur la portion de la terrasse donnant sur la rue, vers 20h les lumière de l’édicte se sont allumées et nous ont offert un éclairage très éblouissant. Encore une fois l’ambiance n’y était pas.

    We were a party of four; two of us ordered the pasta wheel and understood it would take about 40 minutes. But we waited over an hour and they didn’t even time our dishes to be served at the same time. Nor did they tell us how much longer to wait for the pasta wheel. Manager came by at the end to acknowledge the wait and was kind enough to provide us with three desserts. Food was delicious. Live music; nice ambiance. But we felt the prices were on the high side. You don’t even get meat; have to order it on the side. I enjoyed the novelty of the pasta wheel and the manager’s kind gesture. But when I’m in Port Credit next time, I would probably dine somewhere else.

    We went for dinner after hearing things have improved from our last trip a couple years ago. Although there were several improvements, including the service, the food was better but not great. We had the flaming Cacio de Pepe prepared table side and although tasty, appeared to be very clumpy. It was made with long rigatoni, I guess I'm used to the Bucatini it is usually made with. The dish looked like it was an alfredo heavy dish. Everything looked like a big glump of white. It was good but not very refined. I may go back again and try the pizza. Overall, we did enjoy our experience there compared to last time.

    Our server, Francesco L., was cordial, knowledgeable and attentive although quite busy with several tables. Our menu choices, focaccia of the day and assorted olives, pappardelle with sauce bolognese and ricotta pistachio gnocchi were delicious! Desserts, though also delicious, were very expensive$$$ by most standards. $18 for tiramisu, $20 for cheesecake. Yowza!!! We would however recommend this restaurant and hope to return sometime in the future.
