   Had a lovely evening in noce surroundings. Menu was varied and plentiful, as was the portion size. Staff could have seemed a bit happier and friendlier, although wouldn't put us off from returning. Thanks Lotus Lounge, we won't leave it as long next time!

   Ate here with a group of close friends and had a really good time. Menu choice great, food wonderful and friendly service. Great value for money and definitely recommend Lotus Lounge.

   We were really disappointed as having viewed the menu through the link from your app we arrived there to find they were old menus. We were given 2 sets of menus one was a 3 course special & the normal menu. We were informed that we both had to choose off the same menu. A 3 course meal is too much for my wife so we would have had to choose from the other menu which didn't have the meals we had selected on line. We ordered wine when we arrived. There was nothing appealing on the menu for either of us so we ended up leaving without eating and having to take the bottle of wine with us. Lotus Lounge did say that have received these comments before but have been unable to rectify it.

   Delicious Sunday lunch platters! Very good value. You could go and spend less than £10 on a Sunday lunch and a drink, however we had 2 drinks each and puds as well as extras to accompany the lunch so worked out a little more pricey!

   We were greeted & shown to our seats upstairs. Food was delicious, although it was a short set menu, would have been nice to have a bit more variation. Staff were friendly & attentive, ambiance was just right, although music a little loud I thought. Overall, really nice place to eat out. It's not my first visit & it won't be my last.. Me & my other half enjoyed ourselves.

   We booked to go upstairs, but were placed downstairs where it was too noisy due to the loud music. Our starter of duck wraps tasted microwaved / warmed up. My son's thai green curry was tough, but he was offered a free dessert to make up for it when we complained. The staff were attentive and friendly. I have been to the Lotus Lounge before and it was much better on previous occasions, but on this occasion it was disappointing.

    Delicious food ordered by all of the party. Definitely return and recommend. Double checked booking before date - just as well open table booking wasn't on there booking system!!
