What a pleasure to fulfill their interests in fine food, good company and quality service. In rising to those requirements we found Red had become a restaurant, unique in its focus on the pleasure of an evening.

Wine was the starting point. Beyond the snobbery that once surrounded wine in America, Red let’s you explore, enjoy and fulfill your interest, your own way, using a serving instrument that’s unique to our region.

Very nice ambience and presentations. Service was excellent. French onion soup was too thick and heavily flavored. Blackened scallops very good. Re beef short ribs - I prefer having several SMALL fall-off-the-bone short ribs to the one huge one that was served. Overall a very nice dining experience.

Outstanding venue. Food was outstanding. The wait staff was very friendly. I would consider it the top of the list for great eating venues in Bluffton.

Number if diners apparently exceeded expectations. Servers & kitchen seemed overwhelmed. Hostess either very new or totally incompetent. Menu and preparation/presentation outstanding. Chef's visit to tables after evening rush calmed was appreciated. An obviously talented and dedicated pro for sure. New owners have obviously put a lot of thought into reinventing concept. We will return often after first revisit and new residence here in Low Country.

our dining experience was perfect. the four of us ordered a variety of food and all were delicious. I don't think a bad choice can be made. The service was attentive without being intrusive.

Everything about this place is wonderful - decor, lighting, comfortable seating, wine selection, service, and especially the food. We have been here many times and the food is always great. Beautiful flavors, no fillers, fresh-tasting, just wonderful food.

First time here...food was well-prepared. Chef (from New Zealand) came out talk with us (and others)...was very pleasant. Service was good and not at all rushed. Interesting concept if you want to try a good variety of wines along with great food.
