   The bacon on my wife's entree was not cooked enough, and I ordered the grilled salmon and I asked for it to be cooked medium plus, and it came medium rare! I told the server, and he apologized, I probably should have sent it back, but we were going to a concert and didn't have time for it to be re-cooked.

   Great food! Little expensive, but seems like most nice places are now. Very good service and excellent food!

   Took my wife, daughter and her finance out for dinner to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Reservations were for Saturday at 7 pm. First, we asked about the specials. The waitress said we don’t have any specials tonight. So disappointing. We should have walked out then. Remember this is a fish house and it’s prime time dinner time, however it was not overly busy. On three separate occasions the waitress came back and told us what we ordered was “out of stock”. No swordfish. No Ahi Tuna. This is a fish house!! Then we ordered a drink and they didn’t have Apertif either. Talk about being disappointed and frustrated! The manager visited other tables but avoided ours. We had to ask to speak with a manager to voice our disappointment. A normal restaurant would not leave their waitress to deal with this, would send over a manager and the manager would offer some sort of discount or gift certificate as an apology and encourage you to visit again. We were offered nothing. I warn everyone to avoid this place. Very poor customer service.

   We dined at Mitchell's last Saturday evening. Our service was very good, however, my husband ordered the sea bass shanghai style and it was the worst sea bass entree he has ever had. It was a very thin cut and tasted old. For $48 it was sent back and a reorder was made of the same dish I had which was seafood shanghai combination. The shrimp and scallops were just average, the salmon was fine but the spinach was so chewy I didn't eat it. My dish was lukewarm. My husband's was at least hot when it was served but that was because he had to wait for the reorder. On the positive side, the lobster bisque was very tasty and the house salad was nice. But we were very disappointed in the quality of the fish and seafood.

   For a fish restaurant, the fish was sub-par. My “catch of the day” tasted like it was a frozen product from Gordon Foods, and the vegetables also tasted like they had been frozen. And not inexpensive. I won’t return.

   Mothers Day, offered limited menu which was disappointing to some in our party. Sat outside beautiful day! Long waits for service, told bread baskets are served first to large parties indoors and outdoors gets lower priority (what??). Then told entree ordered was out of supply- had to choose something else. Then told dessert choice (their normal house signature dessert) was unavailable on Mother’s Day. Then when ordered different desserts waitress mixed up order twice - even after coming back to check. She could’ve / should’ve thrown in an extra just for our trouble and to show good customer service- but she didn’t. Favorite restaurant but not a good look this time.

   Mother’s Day menu was fairly well put together and it included most of the popular dishes. Price was also reasonable.

   Great experience for Mother’s Day lunch. The food was wonderful. The servers were attentive would definitely go again.

    The server was very attentive with everything, but the food has gone terribly downhill since my last visit. I took my mom for Mother’s Day and she said her Sea Bass meal was awful after I told her how awful my crab cake was. It used to be so good. :( the Lobster was delicious but everything else was awful. I felt too bad to say anything because our server was fantastic. I won’t be back, though. $250 down the drain :(
