   The food at Thom Thom is always above par. I go there often because I know it will always hit the mark. The service is good and attentive.

   I know mistakes happen but they never put my son’s order in and when it finally came out 10 minutes later it was raw. We had to send it back. Another person at the table ordered her meal with no red onion and right before it came out the waitress asked if it was an allergy because the food was coming out and there red onion on it. Just not a good experience. Waitress said twice the manager would come over (we didn’t ask- she volunteered) and they never did.

   The food was excellent! All too often, the kitchen staff takes the easy way out & uses excess amounts of salt to hide the fact that they have no idea how to use spices to prepare their dishes. This is not the case here at Thom Thom. Delicious food, cooked perfectly as ordered. We've eaten here many times and consistency is the key for diners so they know what to expect every time. Of course, our server was great and efficient. EXCELLENT!

   I have to express my utter disappointment in today’s Mother’s Day service. My family had a 345 reservation. We entered to a dirty dining room with chairs everywhere. We were sat immediately and then had to ask for water and menus and a server after 20 minutes of waiting. We finally ordered appetizers and drinks and received them about 40 minutes later. After almost 3 hours, 2 of our 6 meals arrived / we were continuously offered food that we did not order. No one in the dining room was eating. The 2 individuals in my party finished eating their meals and the missing ones were never brought. We had a 2 year old and 5 year old with us. After 3 hours we had to end the meal, leaving myself and my children and husband with NO DINNER. We received the bill and although there were kick backs, we still paid over $150 and left to go get take out. I do NOT feel good about this at all, having basically ruined my Mother’s Day. We were offered NO apology from the manager, but our waiter told us that the kitchen was busy with to go orders. That is a disgrace. We chose Thom Thom to celebrate Mother’s Day - we have been here many times before and even recommended it to friends - and we did not eat. I do plan on calling tomorrow, because for me this is a big deal. $150 and we left to get McDonald’s. After reading the below review about Valentine’s Day, it seems this establishment prioritizes money over quality. Please let me know what can be done. The reservation was for 3:45pm - to which we left at 645 without eating. I’m very very disappointed.

   Didn’t read note on reservation and then was rude about it. If they read the note and couldn’t accommodate they should have called so we could make plans elsewhere. The note was that we had a stroller coming… we have a baby who doesn’t sit in a sit so I didn’t want to make a reservation for 3 and take up a 4 top for only two paying guests. The manager or owner was talking about us to the table next to us loud enough for me to hear which was extremely disrespectful. She was rude from the second we walked in. We eventually asked for sex a high chair after “accommodating” the stroller by squeezing my baby between tables. The high chair didn’t have a safety buckle so we had to either hold or hold onto the baby the entire time to avoid him falling out. The waitress came to the table about 3 times. I sat with an empty drink almost the entire time. We ordered espresso martinis at the end and we’ve had them here before and they were great … these were terrible- we couldn’t drink them we took them to go. It just was not an enjoyable, relaxing brunch and quite honestly ruined my day. I’ve also been a customer since they opened so I was excited but very disappointed

   Always in my opinion the Best LI Restaurant Week menu overall. The sushi is excellent and the filet mignon very tender! I refuse to go to all these other places that upcharge you to death. This one doesn't and the filet was a decent size too!
