          Reservations from OpenTable are not honored and you still must wait more than an hour for your reservation. It was only after I kept insisting that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a reservation that we were even seated 1+hrs later. The food and drinks were great, but the service could use some improvement. Also, if you are planning on having a conversation with your partner or friends, forget it; you won’t be able to hear a thing.

          My wife and I booked a reservation the day before and when we showed up were told they're "running behind" and it would be a 25-30 minute wait. We left and went next door to Osteria Via Stato and while we were eating our dinner there got a text 35 minutes later our table was ready. Go to Osteria Via Stato instead. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF YOU CAN'T KEEP IT!!!!

          We have gone for years and this was by far the worst visit. The menu is a fraction of the size. The portions are small and the service level was terrible. Staff bumped into our chairs so many times without regard. What was our favorite place just fell off the list!

          I like that they give half portions on most items. You can really enjoy a lot of different items. The veal meatballs were the best.

          Great food and service, we were waiting for a pizza for a while longer than the rest of the food but to be expected in such a large restaurant, and the amazing pizza made up for it! Our server was excellent!

          This is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago and I have been there multiple times. The food was awesome as always but the service was not up to their normal standards. After taking our order, we only saw our waiter once and that was to flag him down for our check. Was disappointing and frustrating but the food is always worth it.

          The servers were friendly but very slow and food came out super out of order. I had a grapefruit cocktail that was delicious. It was very loud.
