Fremantle's only independent Small Batch Brewery. Brewing is our craft. Our beers are free from preservatives and additives, they are created with passion. Our farmhouse cider is brewed in house, small batch style using Cold Pressed Apple Juice from Western Australia's Swan Valley. Our Core range, Monk Common + Monk Reserved +Monk Extra + Monk Vintage + Monk Seasonal + Monk Specialty. Our Kitchen uses seasonal local produce, key to our philosophy to compliment our Craft Beers + Ciders. A dedicated rustic function space and roof-top terrace, overlooking the cappuccino strip. Birthdays, weddings and exhibitions have come to life in this versitile space. In the heart of Fremantle’s breathtaking views, the Monk offers a variety of unique spaces to suit any style of your next function.
