   Lovely venue for high tea. Would recommend giving yourself a couple of hours.

   Nothing to fault, it was an incredible and special experience and I will definitely keep it in mind for future.

   I was so disappointed in our tea. We had to flag somebody down to take our order and it was downhill from there. They do not serve much in the way of sandwiches. Our tea didn't arrive until our scones were served which was after our savories were consumed. We asked for more water since we hadn't had our tea and it never arrived. I would never go there again and would not recommend it to others.

   Such a lovely morning spent with the ladies of my family celebrating my mothers 65th birthday over Champagne and High Tea. The Lobby Lounge had a warm and inviting atmosphere and the lighting was neither too dim or too bright. The service and attention from all staff was impeccable and I commend you all for this considering the amount of disruption the hotel upgrade could cause you all. Even more so during the Covid19 pandemic. The food was absolutely devine and we were so pleased with the chef's creativity.

   I was disappointed with the food options . The last time I was massive difference with food options ! Though the last time there was not all mentioned on the menu but was served for us and also take home box with goodies !! Hence I got my 2 year old with me this time . I have given my review on website but I have no acknowledgement very disappointed with Cordis standards . I do understand menu changes but can’t be this massive difference. Though I will appreciate the lady who served us she got my son a box of goodies . It made his day . Definitely not sure if I will come back again for high tea .

   High Tea was everything we hoped it would be. Excellent service, amazing food quality and great setting. Highly recommend.
