Serving staff were very pleasant and wanting to please BUT the operation behind them made that very difficult. Food items ran out .. the number of servers was clearly too low .. we even had to wait for water until there were enough glasses!

The service was amazing! Our server, Rose was a gem! She was very attentive, provided suggestion to order right away due to how busy it was since we were going to a concert at a certain time. And she got our drink order in time for happy hour.

Very limited happy hour food and drink menu. The slider is a half a McDonald’s burger on a bun for 6.50 and the fish taco was decent but the slaw and mango was very chunky and sparse. Main menu was not much better. Ended up ordering the tuna stack which was incredibly spicy as there was more hot peppers in it than there was avocado - which was served with a large piece of the avocado skin in it - clearly a mistake but the waitress ignored our comments about that. The Nashville chicken sandwich was good but the Yam fries were soggy. Wouldn’t go back as the place just seemed dirty and the casino bathrooms which is what you have to use were out of soap in two of the unisex stalls.

We were a group of 6 and 5/6 were over the age of 75 with one using a walker. Upon arrival we were led to a high top table. 2 of the ladies were not able to get into the chairs due to their age and disabilities. I asked for a low table and was told there were none available unless we wanted to squeeze 6 into a booth. I said no that that would not work for them either. Then a server came by and asked if we really wanted to stay anyway because the UFC fights were happening and it was going to be loud. I asked when it started and she said 7; I said we would be gone by then or shortly after. She said oh well they come for the pre fight too. I told her we were an elderly group and obviously packing up and finding another restaurant was not easy or convenient. She basically said suit yourself. Meanwhile we stood there waiting to see if someone would find us a low table. One helpful server was able to clear and set up a table for us after a few minutes. It was very awkward when no one immediately offered a solution, like possibly a table would open if we wanted to wait, and then being asked if we really wanted to stay was bizarre.

We always have great service at Matches. The 50% off alcohol until 530 makes it a best value restaurant. The food is pretty good!

Terrible service tonight . It was busy but didn't even get the water and Diet Coke we ordered for 25 minutes and longer for the bottle of wine. Asked for another Diet Coke never can, asked for salt and pepper never came. Food was good atleast but the worst service in a long time .
