Only 2 vaiters n the bar area made our service VERY SLOW. It tookn1/2 hr for our waiter to come back and take our order. Our orders were given to the wrong guests and toppings for the two appetizer items were switched...(the horseradish was switched with the onion dip). There was also a mess up with my salad but waiter corrected error. Food tasted good., as usual.

We go to Coopers Hawk fairly often and have not had this experience in the past, but the food was so sub par, I want to leave a review in hopes management will address the issues. To be fair, I went for the Chopped Asian Salad, and that has been removed from the menu so I was a bit disappointed from the start. We chose the meatballs to start. They were brought to us in a small iron skillet, so I was shocked when they were cold on the inside (like out of the fridge cold). The sauce was warm, at best. We let our server know and she immediately took them back and delivered a mildly warmer serving a bit later Our server was very good! She apologized and was very nice, so no complaints there at all. We opted for the Black and Blue Chopped Salads (one with steak, one with salmon). The salads were extremely average, at best. Something I could make at home (which I will before ordering it here). Again, maybe we just made unfortunate choices, but I won’t be returning anytime soon, sadly.

Always a great wine tasting with Beverly. She helps us chose the correct wines to taste. Our server Jennifer forgot to bring us our birthday chocolates. She seemed very busy because she did not interact with us as much as others. She also had to go back a few times to get the bill correct. Overall we love tastings and dinner at Coopers.

We dined at Coopers Hawk last night, and it was really busy. The supervisor Micheal came over, and let us know that our food was delayed. He made sure to take care of us, and keep us updated. Our server Aiden gave us more bread, to hold us over till our food came out. Micheal asked us what our favorite wine was, and here he comes with two bottles for us to take home. Things happen that you can’t control, but Micheal and Aiden made sure we still had a great evening, even tho it took a long time for our food to arrive. We love Coopers Hawk, and will always keep coming for years to come. Thank you again for a lovely evening.

Been coming here since they opened. Most servers are very nice and efficient but many can't really describe the wine. Shari waited on us last night and not only was she very efficient and professional, she was able to describe the wine perfectly. I hope we can always have Sheri as our server.

We are wine club members and love going to Cooper's Hawk at least once a month. I ordered the Salmon, and my husband ordered Shrimp Scampi. Both dishes were delicious. Their wine recommendations were also quite good. Definitely give Cooper's Hawk a try, you will not be disappointed.
