   We got there and were told they dont take reservations. There was no table for us. We were served 1 drink and told the waiter would be right back to take our order. Close to an hour later, still no food, we left. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

   Waiter was extremely rude and condescending! One of the hamburgers was raw. The rest of the food was very good.

   I made a reservation for mother’s day for brunch. We stood at the door for 10 minutes with neither one of the two girls working to greet or even awknowledge us. We thought maybe we seat ourselves so we sat on the patio for another 10 minutes with still no service. During the 20 minutes of us sitting there 3 or 4 other parties came in with the same results. They weren’t even busy when we got there, maybe 3 tables? The two girls looked at us then continued doing whatever must’ve been more important.

   there were 6 of us and we had a great time!! Rudy our server was amazing!! It's more of a bar but the Food fantastic. We ate outside, very fun!

   Great food, wonderful bar and cocktails, sidewalk seating area as well!! We had brunch on St Patrick's day and the food was great, the only mishap was with the kitchen and the order, but all was taken care of quickly and no issue. Would return when in the area!

   First time at Cask & Ale yesterday for brunch. We'll absolutely go back! Having moved from Austin 10 years ago, it's great to see this "Austin-cool" vibe running through Sarasota finally. The food was AMAZING! Literally not one thing we didn't love. The only complaint we had was that our server didn't have a very welcoming attitude. In the end it was all fine, and she took care of us very well, but we were put off initially - feeling as if we were intruding on her duties. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but the first impression sticks... Hats off to the crew at C&A! YUM!

   Menu was small but the food was delicious, and the specialty drinks were fantastic. Service was great, and the atmosphere was cool. Loved the selfies on the screens of previous customers.
