You may remember us as Liberty House, and rest assured, we are still the same mouthwatering food and cocktails, unmatched level of hospitality, and unbeatable skyline waterfront views, we just decided to rename the restaurant after our daughter, Maddy Rose.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, Maddy Rose Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other. With panoramic views of the New York City skyline, indulge in expertly prepared steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated yet approachable cuisine that brings bold flavors to every plate.       My experience was a 7/10. Food was good, not as hot as it could be. Staff was great and polite. The cleanliness of the chairs cushions was not good. Stains could be seen on all or most of them. The restrooms both men and women needed addressing for maintenence issues, trash, wet sinks, freshness of the room not good.

      We were 4 co workers celebrating a birthday. Our waiter Aaron was excellent. One of the guests asked to have her eggs Benedict cooked more and he was very accommodating. We were compted dessert and appetizers. Aaron went beyond our expectations.

      They took a 10:30’reservation then cleaned around us. Kitchen clearly gave the waitress a hard time.

      Had a great time and would definitely go back again. We were on an extended boat trip on the LI Sound and this was a great part of the trip!

      best restaurant for overall!! the scenery was absolutely beautiful. we sat outside and watched the sunset and it was amazing. the filet steak was so good i’d definitely come back. food was late for sure i think there was an accident or mess up but we were perfectly content with appetizers in the meantime!! staff is so nice too!

      Overall the experience was very nice. However we had an odd situation where I ordered a specific pork chop that is a house specialty. When I received my dish it was a pork chop but I didn't think is was what I ordered. I ask the waitress and she wasn't sure either so she went to the kitchen to ask the chef. When she came back she explained that the kitchen ran out out of what I ordered and chef took it upon himself to switch to another similar dish. Which by the way was less expensive. The this was fine and I ate it all but very odd.
