Unbelievable experience from the food, the presentation and service - all were top-notch. The staff were well trained, knowledgeable & friendly. I cannot wait go again on our next visit to the island.

The service at Blue is excellent, and quite professional. The presentation is beautiful - each dish is a work of art. However, we found the quality of the dishes to be inconsistent, with some dishes being amazing and others mediocre. The restaurant is definitely an experience that should not be missed, but be prepared it is quite expensive, with a minimum option of a four course dinner. Another positive is that Blue has a vegetarian menu option- that can be mixed with a fish dish if you are a pescatarian.

Outstanding in all respects. A true culinary masterpiece. Very expensive but if you believe you get what you pay for and what you want is a dining experience of a lifetime, this is it.
