Our waitress was phenomenal. I don’t know if I can remember her name, but she was truly amazing in the whole experience was great.

We usually have a wonderful meal here but this past time our meal was lukewarm at best and my burger was well done even though it was supposed to be medium. I don’t kind paying the prices for the good food but I was disappointed on Father’s Day.

The Fredericksburg, VA Firebird's never disappoints. It was very busy...it was Father's Day...and the kitchen was rocking. Many tickets could be seen from our seat and they were being prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Our server, Kelly, was delightful to talk to. She kept our courses properly spaced and attended to our every request promptly and professionally. Our food was prepared to perfection, as we have come to expect from this location. But, it's the little things that make Firebird's special. Like the salads....chilled greens, in a chilled dish, with a chilled fork. Not too many restaurants go that extra mile to satisfy their customers. This is the kind of attention to details that create repeat customers. Also....Kudos to the management for hiring great people and training them properly. From the front to the back...this training creates consistency of service, and consistency in the food preparation and delivery. This is our "go to" restaurant in Fredericksburg, and will probably remain just that. As I said, we have never been disappointed in any visit, whether it was for a full meal, or a sandwich. It's always a great experience at Firebird's. AND, remember to tip well to show your appreciation.

We love going to Firebirds in Fredericksburg. Teal was our waitress and made everything perfect! Excellent food and great service!!

Lola was a great waitress! Would ask to be seated where she was working when we come again. The lime and ginger mocktail was outstanding. The cheeseburger - BEST I've ever eaten!

Our dinner was very good. Two of us has steak and one had the Honey Chicken. Side salad with house dressing was excellent. Steaks were cooked exactly how we ordered. All meals were very hot when served and it was delicious. Our waitress was excellent and checked with us several times to see if everything was good or if we wanted something else. Being serve hot meals and excellent service are so rare now. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely go again.
