What a great concept, seasonal food chosen on the day and skilfully prepared to delight the palate! A wonderful selection of wine which the gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable about. An intimate relaxed atmosphere ; we had excellent short conversations with the tables either side of us. We will be back!

Comme toujours une expérience sans comparaison : une écoute, des plats précis, savoureux, équilibrés et étonnants, et toujours cette envie d’y revenir. Nous allons Chez Soif pour vivre un ailleurs et se sentir chez des amis. Des vins qui vous secouent et vous transportent, qui vous enlacent. Une adresse incontournable à Bordeaux.

Je recommande vivement. Une qualité de produit, une carte des vins incroyable, un dessert à tomber par terre. Privilège des filières courtes, la qualité est à l'honneur.

Une carte courte de produis ultra frais et de saison, des cuissons parfaites, des assaisonnements impeccables…Un régal depuis les tapas jusqu’au dessert. Quant à la sélection de vins au verre : parfaite avec une mention spéciale pour le chablis de Thomas Pico. Sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Merci ! Nous reviendrons…

Très belle découverte. L'ambiance est très chaleureuse, les plats excellents, le service au top. La carte des vins est aussi varié qu'originale et qualitative.
