My friend ordered Jim Beam and they were out if it. I ordered a Crown Royal and sprite and they were out of Crown! The restaurant was very warm but the temp outside was 90 degrees.

My experience wasn’t the best as I had a birthday celebration planned for an elderly parent. I asked everyone to show up 15 minutes early.. unfortunately we were there but we waited over an hour to be seated. We had two table with total party of 20. Nice restaurant but management could have done a better job to ensure customer satisfaction

Firebirds is our favorite restaurant for steak, and we return frequently for that reason. Last night seemed a little off btwn the steaks being slightly more cooked than our usual medium rare and medium. They were still delicious, though. One other thing that stood out as atypical was that we ordered a second glass of wine, and it didn’t come out until we were done with our meal and some plates had been cleared. They mentioned the kitchen was a little backed up so I don’t know if they were short staffed or something.

Restaurant was very cool. At least 4 people in the restaurant were wearing either sweatshirts or coats while eating.

Ordered a premium steak and it was very difficult to cut through and had so much fat and tissue that it was hard to chew and swallow. I was entertaining a top customer and although they didn't say anything I could see them struggling to cut their steak as well. Service was above average, but extremely disappointed in the food quality.

We modified our reservation from 8 to 6 via open table but this was never reported to Firebird. The hostess had an unpleasant facial expression and said she has it for 8. Once seated though, our server was very nice and efficient. Waited for another 20 min for the other couple who never did. So we ended up with just 4. Our server was patient and always checked on us, and unbothered with the missing couple. No change in attitude because of this. Prompt to refill drinks and checking on us through out dinner. Good was great as always.

The service was extremely slow and not attentive. Had to ask just to refill drinks from order to serving. Kitchen was very slow on serving and restaurant not a third full.
