Nicholas was top notch!! If it weren’t for his amazing service the experience would have been a disaster. My girlfriend and I came from out of the area and were looking for a one of a kind experience. The idea of seeing the city at sunset was special and went with that in mind. The service was beyond expectation. I wish Nicholas could serve me at all dinings out and made us feel at home and with a do anything approach. The food on the other hand, was underwhelming to say the least. The filet came out ice cold. I’m not talking about undercooked, but was cold to the touch. Like it had been sitting from the previous nights service. The ambience was great from a view of the city perspective,but felt more like a prom night outing, and not an exclusive Phoenix experience. Would recommend to you if you’re into Disney and doing something that involves high turn crowds and cheap thrills, but def a pass for an intimate A-game time out in a city with a ton of other options to offer!

Outstanding food and presentation… The view is worth every penny! We highly recommend going out on the patio and enjoying the view after dinner.

Very nice. Great service and view. Nicolas and Paul were wonderful! A little slow but thats not a bad thing because the view and ambiance make up for that!

The views are absolutely beautiful at night and the food was fabulous. Our server, Nick, was so attentive and kind. We have never had such great service at any restaurant in the world thanks to Nick!

Our wait staff and hostess was remarkable. The wait staff took our picture with Phoenix behind us at night. The food was delicious and the staff kept checking on us. Overall it was a good experience.

We have been to the restaurant numerous times, but brought 4 friends that have never been. They loved everything! Our server Richard was fantastic. He was a delight. Lots of personality, knowledgeable and very attentive. Our guests loved the food, service and the view! The only problem we had was with my husband meal. He ordered the pork shank, as he has done in the past. But this time his meat was not as good as he previously had had and let Richard know about it. He promptly handled the matter. All in all we were very pleased with our visit.
