Vi ankom 7 personer kl 17:15 og blev vel modtaget, Det startede rigtig fint og tjeneren havde god styr på bestillingerne. Drikkevarene kom efter ca. 15 minutter - derefter ventede vi yderligere 15 minutter på forretterne. Vi var sultne og alt var spist efter 10 minutter og så gik der yderligere 30 minutter før sushi fadene nåede frem. I mellemtiden var klokken blevet 18:30 og restauranten var nu helt fuld. Det blev tydeligt at akustikken er middels talt dårlig, så selv om vi havde bedt om et hjørnebord, måtte vi nærmest råbe for at høre hvad hinanden sagde. Vi tømte sushifadene og ventede så yderligere 30 minutter på vores sticks. Fra bestilling blev givet til vi havde fået al maden var der nu gået 1 time og 45 minutter. Havde det været i rolige omgivelser, hvor man kunne nyde en god samtale, men selv om vi nu var mætte, så var vi trætte af ventetiden og af den megen larm pga. den ringe akustik - dette bliver vores sidste besøg her.

Normally everything is very good when you are eating at Sticks’n’Sushi Krudthuset. The staff is welcoming and attentive and the food is good. Not sure what went wrong last night, but it wasn't a good experience. When we arrived at the restaurant we waited to get approached by a waiter to get seated. The restaurant was basically empty at this time with around 15-20 guests sitting at their tables. We waited for 3-4 minutes before the lady handling out the takeaway orders to Wolt Couriers had to step out and greet us and take us to to a table. Then we waited 10 minutes at our table before a waiter came to take our drinks order. This was in a restaurant that was basically empty. After ordering food, the first and second serving came rather quick. The third serving took quite a while and then after the third serving we got another serving, which should have been served at the first serving but they had forgotten. I have probably eaten at this restaurant 20 times over the years and this was the first time I felt like I should have gone somewhere else.

Too long waiting time (at least 20-30 minutes) before taking our orders and again before drinks came and again between drinks and the arrival of food to the table.

Very good quality of Sushi - made with love. The waiting time was perfect - we went there a Saturday night. The waiter was very polite, explained the dishes and didn't served them all at one time. The best night ever!
