Blue Morel Restaurant and Wine Bar (Named Top 10 New Restaurants in U.S.) combines the finest seasonal ingredients from local, regional, organic and sustainable farms with the culinary creativity of Chef Thomas Ciszak and Chef Bryan Gregg. Nestled in historic Morristown, New Jersey, Blue Morel creates a "Farm to Table" experience serving New American Cuisine.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Wine Bar offers a diverse variety of wines by the glass and half glass tastings and is available for receptions up to 25 people. For private dining, Blue Morel features the Wine Room, which seats up to 18 guests. For larger events, weddings and bar mitzvahs, elegant rooms are available to accommodate up to 400 guests.

                                              Great place. Consistently excellent food really enjoy how they change up the menu and how the presentation and flavors just pop. It’s a great place. Server wasn’t very knowledgeable on the menu but he was very nice and attentive. We had a great experience

                                              Two of us ate in the bar, and the bartender and waitstaff were attentive, but not overly. All was very nice except my duck, which I requested medium rare, came fully cooked and tough. Not wanting my dinner partner to wait on me and eat a cold meal, I didn't send it back, but I should have. Ruined an otherwise nice dinner.

                                              The food was very good… well prepared and nicely presented… Our waiter Henry was extremely polite and pleasant … he was efficient and attentive even though the restaurant was quite busy… the ambiance was pleasant.. soft lighting and quiet background music… the table setups and decor were adequate but perfunctory… Overall a very good hotel restaurant!

                                              Avoid at all costs. I don’t complain, it’s just something I don’t do. This was my first experience for which I was compelled to complain in my 52 years on this planet. Just go somewhere else - anywhere. Anywhere would be more value for money. Simply awful.

                                              I thought the food was not good and for $100 per person to not even have espresso or pancakes for a mothers day brunch seemed a bit surprising. I would not return

                                              For the price charged I found this brunch to be very poor. Many items way overcooked, shrimp was frozen not fresh; slow service as well. Music way too loud, couldn't carry on a conversation at the table at times. Would not go back.

                                              Another tremendous, special meal at this exquisite hotel restaurant. Our server was gracious and helpful, especially with helping to surprise my wife with birthday surprises. Each of our starters was delish: cheese plate and seared tuna. Our entrees complimented each other so nicely: gnocchi and duck breast. The chocolate tart and tres leches tart blew our minds, and they provided a third, complementary tart so all three of us had something special.

                                              What a surprise to find this hidden treasure! We have lived nearby for 20 years and didn’t realize how good it is. We had a really nice meal (halibut and salmon, delicious Brussels sprouts and crispy salad) and the service was great! The room is very pretty and the service was great. We will definitely go back again soon.
