The food was very tasty (tomato soup, salmon salad, fried cauliflower). The waiter was very polite — he introduced himself, explained everything clearly when we had questions, and was eager to be helpful. However, one thing that didn’t sit well with me was what seemed to be the restaurant’s policy of constantly offering additional items — whether it was a special house drink, dessert, or something else. It felt a bit pushy.

We had never eaten at a restaurant in Croatia and so we asked our darling waitress to help us order. Ankica helped us and we loved it all! From the Aperitif to the traditional dessert. She was so gracious and everything she recommended was delicious. If we ever make it back to Zagreb - we look forward to dining here again.

Make sure you get a reservation. We had a bit of an issue just showing up. That being said we had a great dinner. The food was great and the server was very nice and attentive.
