    Would absolutely recommend The Bison to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience. Our server Guy was super friendly and we had a great conversation. The food was outstanding and beyond compare.

    The service and bar staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were so impressed with their knowledge of the menu and attentiveness to us, we felt like we were the only couple in the building. It was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had.

    bison tartar and escargot was so good, prawn lettuce was not worth. tomahawk was also good but pricey of course. also liked the duck and crispy chicken. best if you can go with a big group and try everything. smaller portions on some of the stuff tho so kind of pricey

    Summer and Guillermo were a great double act! They entertained us at the bar all night. The Hamachi and the Scallops were excellent also.

    Had my birthday dinner here with my hubby and the food did not disappoint!! The service was excellent! I wish I could remember our waitress' name but she had a great smile, a definite Oilers fan, and brought me the most amazing Old Fashion for my birthday. You won't regret trying out this restaurant!
